1985.5 Porsche 944 black with tan interior. Runs and drives great interior is in great condition. Odometer works and shows true mileage. Only interior problems I have found is the dash clock doesn't work and leather on steering wheel is frayed. Shifts with no problems, has recent slave cylinder replacement. Has rare rear leather seat option and limited slip differential. Paint is in great condition few rock chips here and there parking lot damage to front of car, nothing major. Only problems I have found with the car is it will need front oil seals replaced it does leak oil, but the car is drivable, and a very common occurance; I add about a quart of oil once a month. Recent timing belt change and new rear brakes and calipers. I have all receipts I have done to the car since I purchased it. 928S. Not running. Runs for a second and quits. Spent much time on car - fuel pump, power cord, starter, solenoid, coil, new injectors, wires, plugs, etc. Took it on a two hour trip and now it will not restart. Have other cars and need this one gone. Paint is good except for roof. No rust other than few rust spots below rear windows. Tires and wheels are good. Brakes are good. Tranny is good. This is a beautiful example of a 1983 928S. 4.7L v8, rare 5spd manual. It runs and shifts strong, no smoke or noises – sounds so good. This car has only 58,000 original miles! I drive this car often so the mileage may vary. I will list good and bad below: Good: Paint is beautiful and seems original – as far as I can tell there has never been any body or paint work – except for the trim strips – I repainted those. The car has been fully serviced recently. Engine oil, Coolant, Brake fluid plus all filters (oil, air, fuel). A/C blows cold with R12. Both windows and sunroof work. Timing belt with OEM rollers were replaced – Including shoulder bolt and tensioner boot – set tension correctly with special tool. New water pump and thermostat. List of additional NEW parts – 4 Goodyear Eagle tires, Battery (1100CA), Bosch Spark plugs (correct), plug wires, distributor cap/rotor button, Bosch fuel pump, Cam cap gaskets on back of heads, Wipers, hood/trunk lift supports, OE shifter ball stud, Rubber exhaust hangers (OE), Both Brake pressure/light switches on MC, Inner and outer tie rods with rack boots. No warning lights on and Oil pressure and temperature are good and maintain well. Brakes are newer with good looking rotors/pads. Shifts well and syncros seem good. Current WV inspection sticker. Bad: There are some random small chips over the car – no dents and nothing much bigger than a pencil eraser. The front seats are not in great shape – the passenger side has some tearing. The dash has some cracks and so does the windshield (not in your field of view) A few things do not work like the rear windshield wiper, the Cruise control, and the power antenna. The fuel gauge works sporadically. I have tried my best to accurately describe the car – please call or email if you have further questions.

It runs but needs front turn signal assembly and driver side inner tie rod to pass inspection. It has the original owners Manuel as well as the antique Porsche tools and spare tire. This car is being sold as is. It also has a small plastic gear broken on the inside of the sun roof that keeps it from going up and down. As far as i know from driving this car that is the only problem it has. It's in need for a tuneup and oil change but since I am selling it I'm not going to bother to put more money into it. 1987 944 with a 951 front end I also have the passenger side fender if you wanted to put it on. I really need to sell this car for local pickup only. It runs and you can drive it on a semi truck or put insurance on it with tags and drive it home. I have a baby on the way and need a sedan. I also have this on Facebook and Craigslist. The first one that offers me a good enough price that I can afford a sedan for my newborn will get the car.
