For sale is a 2001 Porsche Boxter S convertible. Exterior is black, interior is black and the convertible top is too. This car runs very strong, handles wonderfully and has great tread on the tires. The interior is in very good condition for the age. However, the door trim and shift knob have light peeling of the clear-coat, sun visors are missing their mirror covers, center console door-hinge is loose and the driver's side floor mat is worn heavily. All of the weather stripping around the doors are in great shape and the paint has usual, but light areas of road wear. There are no rips or tears in the top either. Please take a look at the pictures and decide for yourself. If you live close please stop by and check it out. The buyer is responsible for pick-up, shipping arrangements and payments. 2000 Porsche Boxster S, 17,995 Miles, Speedster Kit, Guards Red This has been my baby since 2008. I am it's 3rd or 4th owner. This car has been a garage queen. We're moving to Boston, and I have told the wife that I will upgrade to a 911 Cabriolet later on, once we have a garage to store the next vehicle in. I have loved this vehicle since I got it in 2008. It replaced a BMW Z3M. It has not seen rain or snow, and taken off the road in the winter. All the work done to get it ready for the track was done by J.E. Robison in Springfield. There is a fire extinguisher on the passenger side (required for the Porsche Club of America Driver Education runs). You can read about this here. I don't believe that they still have the Driver Education at Lime Rock anymore, but it was one of the most fun things I have ever done. I am still driving this, so the mileage will be slightly higher than 17,995 miles.
