96 Normal 0 false false false EN-US X-NONE X-NONE 2007 Porsche 911 Turbo CLEAN CAR FAX TASTEFUL UPGRADES I am always the first to say that I am not a “Yellow” car fan…. but there is just something about the Color combo and color break up of this speed yellow car that grab’s my eye in the right way. The overall condition is not what would be expected for a car from 2007. The prior owner’s where detailing fanatics so only the best products were used. Plastic components were coated in 22PLE coating. The paint has been coated with C-Quartz glass coating for an unbelievable shine. The clear bra was installed about 2 year ago and covers the entire front nose, entire hood, and parts of the front/rear fenders. The modifications were kept simple and tasteful. A Tubi exhaust was added for a very nice and aggressive exhaust note, then it was tuned by Evolution Motorsport (EVOMS) in Tempe, AZ to the EVT550 level. A short shift kit from EVOMS w/ alcantara covering was added for a better shift feel and positive engagement. To handle the extra power a Sachs 2.5 clutch upgrade was performed (about 1,500 miles on it). The clutch is very "street friendly" but just holds the power better, unlike the twin disc set-ups that release at the very top of the pedal. The suspension was treated to GMG - front & rear sway bars & springs, Tarret rear stop links and a RSS rear bump steer kit (all installed by EVOMS). Complete alignment was done by EVOMS. The car rides extremely well and has an almost GT car feeling with-out the harshness. There is an EB Werks adjustable spoiler mounts so can fix/adjust the rear spoiler height. A Tranzit Bluetooth kit was installed so you can stream music from your phone and of course answer calls. Recent service consists of spark plugs (done 6000 miles ago) serpentine belt was replaced 6000k miles ago along with fuel filter and front diff fluid. This is an amazingly well put together car that in my option does not need anything other than a new home. The Turbo S was truly the holy grail model of all the road going 993s, and the last hurrah of all the air-cooled cars. This particular example is a very clean two-owner car with less than 7500 original miles. The current owner purchased it in 2011 from the first owner with just over 4k miles at the time. The car is completely original and unmolested. The Escort passport system seen in the photos is easily removable. The car has all original paint on all metal panels as verified with a paintmeter. The car has a clean history with no damage repair. It's been lovingly cared-for, driven occasionally, and stored properly. The exterior paint is fundamentally perfect. The original finish on the wheels is very clean with only a couple marks on two of the wheels as noted in pictures. The interior has a few very small blemishes, the most notable one being a crack in the epoxy finish of the carbon steering wheel, which is a very common issue. Production availability for the US market was limited to under 1300 total across the 3-year span, making it one of the rarest platforms ever to be found in the realm of the 911 Turbo. This car also represented the most modern derivative of the rear-drive "old-school" air cooled Turbo, formerly known as the 930. The updates for the 964 were extensive yet subtle, making 315hp and rocketing the car to 60 in only 4.4 seconds (blazing speed for 1991). As of now, the 964 Turbo is few and far between in the market, and finding a clean, low mile car has proven to be quite a task, especially as values on these cars continue to skyrocket.
