All taxes and fees must be paid in full in order for vehicle to be titled and registered. Title Information : There is a $199.00 administration fee that will be added to the price of the auction. This will cover the cost applying and sending the title to the new buyer. Will this fee, a temporary tag will be issued to buyer. In the State of Florida, titles to vehicles may be held by banks or lenders as collateral for loans. While we usually have all titles in our possession at closing, there are occasions where we may be waiting for them to arrive.
