1999 Pontiac Trans Am 30th Anniversary For Sale is one of the NICEST, and quickest Pontiac Trans Ams on the planet. Rust free body with beautiful laser straight body panels with completely original and FLAWLESS interior, extremely clean undercarriage, and engine compartment. The car has a clean Auto Check report and scored a 76, which is the highest a car of this age and era can possibly score. It lived nearly all of its life in Kentucky, away from the nasty northern winters. EXTERIOR: The Medium Blue Metallic paint is all original and is in EXCELLENT condition. This color was only made in 1999. This car is 1 of only 24 convertibles that were produced in this color. There are no door dings, no paint chips, or scratches. I just had the entire body buffed and polished and it looks excellent. The glass is all in excellent condition, the American Racing Torque Thrust II polished aluminum wheels shine beautifully with no curb rash, nicks or flaws anywhere. It also has fairly new NITTO Tires in excellent condition. The original black canvas convertible top is in EXCELLENT condition with no rips, tears, wear marks, or stains. The amber daytime running lights / turn signals, and the fog lights have been recently replaced with OEM parts, and shine beautifully. The hide-away headlights, and all other exterior lights work perfectly. They did not make the WS-6 package in this color car so the Ram Air Hood was added, and looks and fits great. INTERIOR: A 100% NON SMOKER Car. The charcoal gray leather interior is in great shape. All seating areas, headliner, door panels, carpet, dash, seat belts, and new GM matching floor mats are in excellent condition. Power windows, door locks, cruise control, AM FM CD original factory sound system that all work perfectly. The gauges, dash lights, interior lights, lights on steering wheel, steering wheel audio controls, power antenna, and power seat all work perfectly and are fully functional. The AC Blows very cold on those hot sunny days. The door panels do not have the typical Gen 4 cracks and the dash is perfect. The passenger seat and back seat look like they have never been sat in. The 3 piece matching color convertible top tonneau cover and storage bag are also in excellent condition. The trunk compartment is in very clean condition and looks excellent. MECHANICALS: The original 5.7 L LS-1 power plant runs perfectly. It has a few tasteful mods done to it to allow it to breathe better. A mild cam was added and I have the spec sheet on it from Competition Cams out of Memphis, TN which I can scan/email or fax to you. The original, 4 - speed overdrive transmission shifts smoothly and effortlessly with a mild shift kit. Awesome, tastefully done exhaust with headers and custom stainless tips. The car sounds awesome. It has a top of the line Ram Air System you will see in the pictures. Also NEW, PREMIUM QUALITY, drilled and slotted brake rotors, and semi metallic brake pads were installed just recently, all the way around. The car runs, drives, and stops flawlessly. And it is EXTREMELY QUICK ! A true JOY to drive, or just cruise. The car needs absolutely nothing, It is in perfect mechanical condition. I just recently had the car gone through completely. This car has been garage kept all of its life. It also has been maintained very well. All fluids have been changed and services performed as required by manufacturer’s instructions at required mileage. This car runs and drives flawlessly. You can drive it anywhere in the USA without concern. Just turn the key, hear it roar to life, and DRIVE ! This is a very unique opportunity to own a 1 year, 1 out of only 24 convertibles produced in this color. I have NEVER seen another Trans Am in this color.
