Up for sale is a 2000 Ford SVT F-150 Flareside Lightning with 37,000 original miles on it. It is one of 4966 black lightnings made in Model Year 2000. Clean thruoughout the inside and outside, with only 4,000 miles put on truck in last 10 years. This truck has been garage kept and primarily taken to car shows. My mother received this truck for part of the the cost in a trade/sale of her cabin she owned. She doesn't need this truck. One good ride convinced her of this, so, my brother and me are going to sell it for her. I personally drove this truck to my house. I had it up to 125 and it was still grabbing for more speed. Amazing handling and no floating at this speed. I own a Mustang Gt and this truck would easily handle it. Outside of the original stock in this truck, a lot of additions have been made. There was 2 owners previously. This is most of the additions I could find out. 40 lb butterfly injectors Shorty Ceramic Headers Borla Exhaust Computer Chip 2 in and 3 in drop Custom Grill, Custom FiberglassHood, Custom Bed Cover, Custom Headlights and Taillights, Custom Speakers Gator Pullies and belts Shift Kit Carpet in bed ( Bed of truck looks like nothing has ever been in it). At this point that is all I know. I am not sure how to operate the CD stereo system. It comes with a remote control. I had to charge the battery this morning. Second time battery has gone dead. There are 2 chips in tailgate. Power locks are slow to operate. Will need new brake pads in front and probably rotors turned or new rotors. At this point that is all I can tell. Truck will be sold as is. This truck is very clean underneath, with no rust or dirt and has never been driven in rain. It runs very very smooth and sounds excellent.
