Not your typical Black Widow clone! The best way to describe this is a numbers-matching original restoration of an unmolested true Black & White 150 model that came from Texas. All numbers match and the car with date codes supporting a mid-December, 1956 build date. The car retains its original VIN and Cowl tag to prove it. While the car was being restored, most every period correct Nascar modification was done to it within reason, to keep it street legal and easy to drive and enjoy. With that in mind, it does not have the Rochester Fuel Injection, but instead has the more reliable 270HP with correct dual four WCFB, Duntov 097 cam, and 997 heads that were unique to dual four engines. Keeping it correct to the trim tag, it retains a back seat and has lap belts for safety. It has the original Borg-Warner 3 speed manual transmission, with the shifter moved from the column to the floor using a period correct Fenton model.
