Up for grabs are a pair of '90 Nissan 300zx coupes. Both Have T-tops and Hatch backs, one is a two seater only (2+0) and the other is a four seater (2+2). The 2+0 is an original Twin turbo model with low original miles and equipped with 5 speed manual transmission, R230 viscous limited slip differential (LSD), black leather interior, Hicas AWS (deleted), 2 way adjustable sport suspension, anti-lock brakes, cruise control, T-tops, power windows mirrors locks drivers seat, auto climate, A/C, rear defrost, rear wiper, rear spoiler with third brake light, originally equipped with Bose premium sound package(upgraded since). The 2+2 is a more basic model that had much of the same features minus the power plant and drivetrain of the TT 2+0, some other differences are it has tan leather interior, no spoiler, R200 non LSD differential and some other minor differences that maybe I'm forgetting. Both cars are for the most part complete and will come with any extra parts I have. The Twin Turbo has rear end collision damage and was totaled out by my insurance in late '13 and I picked up the 2+2 in March or April of '14, so they haven't been sitting for too long. I start the twin turbo about every month and put a lil fresh gas in every other month, I keep a cover on it since I pulled it out of the garage. The N/A 2+2 is clean title and pretty clean body. So my original plan was to transplant the TT everything(i.e. power plant trans wiring fuel pump electronics interior etc) into the 2+2 while using the stock R200 with the shorter final drive. I haven't done it yet and have more kids now then when I made the plan and figure I'm less likely to complete this project with every day that passes. I'd hate to see them go to waste. The TT 2+0 has some modifications but most stock parts are included. The N/A 2+2 is bone stock as far as I know, it has cats, I'm not sure if it runs (never mattered to me), its straight and doesn't have any rust or body issues other than needing paint. I started switching suspension over to it, and it has teins on it with some of the other rear suspension parts from the TT. Both cars are supported on either blocks or stands and not on wheels/tires. Thats all I can think of at the moment. I have receipts for everything. Pink slips for both cars in hand. Both cars are have been registered "non-operational" to avoid fees. Up for sale is a vehicle that has been a reliable driver for me since a purchase in 2013. I first towed it to a shop where a clutch disc, cover & new flywheel were installed and I added slotted rotors and ceramic disc pads and new tires. A set of Yokohama A550H tires. I'm not sure if you can see the Japanese humor in A550H I see it as ASSOH. All items were purchased through Ebay by the way. The car has KYB SHOCKS installed and comes with a box load of urathenye suspension parts the previous owner never installed. car has 179,000 plus miles and the paint was done at Maaco in 2014 The color was Nissan Leaf 2014 light blue. The original color is still in the door jambs and interior is blue. I just added also a new center console cover a Borla exhaust tip and seat covers a blue Hawaiian print. Along with a new alternator & belts was installed by PepBoys and now the A/C dosn't work and I didn't want to take it back. Smog check has been completed and I do not have the room for this car anymore. Another car purchase and completion of it by the mechanic as of 11/01/15 is the main reason of selling the vehicle. With much, much regret, I am selling my 300. I bought the car a year ago, and its just more than I can chew at this point in my life. Engine was rebuilt about 12,000 miles ago. Had aftermarket 615cc injects installed. Custom forged pistons with higher compression ratios. Appropriate turbos installed to match compression. New harness. HKS backs.Just had new spark plugs installedShould be pushin 400+ to the wheels when everything is said and doneAltogether was about $10,000 worth of parts. Has a pretty nice wide-body kit installed. Body is in great condition compared to a lot of the Z's Ive seen. Custom Red and black interior as seen in the picture. Inside is in very good condition.I just had this car professionally checked and compression tested at Specialty Z in Chattsworth by Seb. He said the engine was in great condition. So everything I said above can be corroborated by them. The cam gears need to be changed. When the work was done on the engine, new cam gears were not installed. They work fine right now but will need to be replaced eventually. The transmission isn't in perfect condition. It works, and ive been daily driving the car on the streets and freeway for the last 3 months, but if you intend on feeling the real HP from this engine the transmission will need to be replaced. Passenger side window motor needs to be fixed.The car is salvaged due to theft. Absolutely nothing was done to the car. No frame damage, no water damage, no nothing. So in short:Car runs fine, but needs some TLC to bring out the beast that's hiding under the hood. A lot of money was put into this car by the previous owner and I've had multiple mechanics mention that to me without me bringing it up. Low Mileage - 71,450. This is the first year of the Z31 model. Badged with a Nissan 50th anniversary emblem (but this is not the Turbo version).Car has been garaged in low-humidity California since 1985. It has leather interior, digital dash, power seat. Everything works except for the MPG and Compass indicator whose readouts are not visible. There is no rust or salt damage, and no rips in the upholstery or interior (which shows as almost new). No cigarette smoke, perfume, or cologne smells.Engine runs well with no problems. It has always passed CA smog inspection too. My mother drove this for the last 30 years and treated it well except for the scratches. There is a ding on right rear (see pic). I fell in love with this car. I also wanted a second car that was not a truck…so, I purchased this Z car in Los Angeles, California almost eighteen years ago (1997) from my girlfriends hansom young Canadian rock band drummer. This vehicle was previously registered in British Columbia Canada. According to Insurance Corporation of British Columbia, “the car was involved in a collision on August 20, 1992 that rendered the vehicle a total loss. After that it was designated with the status “Salvage”. It was auctioned off through the Insurance Corporation of British Columbia salvage yard system and subsequently rebuilt. It was registered again on October 28, 1992 and given the status “Rebuilt”, after it passed a mechanical and structural integrity inspection”. The Carfax report shows that the car was rendered “Salvage” and “Rebuilt” again in 1994 & 1997 after it passed a mechanical and structural integrity inspection. When I registered the car in California, the odometer reading was 146,088 miles. Since then I have replaced the clutch, transmission, timing belt, alternator, the electronic dash, computer, breaks, interior console, interior dash & digital gauges, catalytic converter, interior trim molding, carpet, sensors, and more. In the past 18 years I have only driven the car 14,895 miles (approximately 827 miles per year). The body does have some rust under the right rear wheel well, hatch, and small half dollar size rust areas near both side mirrors and license plate. While parked in my driveway, the car received cosmetic damage to the body in the front, & front left (repaired) and left rear wheel panel. Mechanically, the car runs greats, sound good and still can through you back in your seat upon acceleration. Cosmetically it look great except as noted above.
