General Terms We reserve the right to cancel all bids and end an auction early at any time should the vehicle no longer be available for sale. If upon personal and/or authorized professional inspection of the purchased vehicle at our facility, buyer finds a substantial discrepancy between the published report and actual vehicle, we will correct the problem at no charge, work out a compromise, or refund all monies paid. Buyer will not be responsible for any eBay related fees and will be dismissed from any contractual obligation with eBay to purchase the vehicle. This is if the inspection proves vastly different from published ad. Returns are allowed in the event the vehicle is shipped and you are dissatisfied. However, a 10% (of purchase price) restocking fee applies. The return must take place within 7 days from receipt and the vehicle must have under 250 miles difference upon return. Accessories Vehicles offered for sale by Autos of Palm Beach are pre-owned. When these units are purchased from the dealer-only auctions as trade-ins or lease turn-ins they may not have some ‘accessories’ which you may feel should be included. Such items include things like books & manuals, extra keys, remotes, headphones (for entertainment packages), tools, cargo nets, floor mats, CD cartridges, wheel lock keys, etc. Items as these (or others you may think of) are not automatically included or provided by us. In our written descriptions, we do our best to list things accurately. HOWEVER, we do make mistakes and may overlook an item listed as included which did not come with the car.
