Legally its true but let me share what's not in on the history report and they don't tell you about. My niece purchased this car from the local Mazda Dealer, she is the second owner. She is also serving our country and when called to duty she ask me if I could transfer the car into my name in case anything happens so that I could sell it. Well something did happen. She found the love of her life and married him and is now stationed in Germany so she has ask me to sell it and as the best Uncle anyone has ever had I am compiling with her wishes.SO the bad news now. When she purchased the car it was at night and the next day she discovered that in the rear seat there was a burn in the upholstery about 1/4 inch. She returned it to the dealer and they refused to repair or replace it. ( Needless to say we won't be going back to them). Anyway I had the car serviced recently ( like last week) so not much to do except buy and drive it, When it was in they told me it needed front brakes so I replace them. The back tires will need to be replaced soon but the front are like new still. I have not driven much since I got it and there are a few blemishes which are all photographed. Any questions hit me up for I am retired now.
