THIS IS A FULLY STANDARD CAR: MANUAL 6 SPEED WITH CLUTCH PEDAL!!!! NOT THE JUNK AUTOMATIC F-1. Since I have owned this car, I have driven it from New york, to the Florida Keys, and back. Most fun I have had driving! It has a CUSTOM exhaust so it sounds exquisite. I have removed the rear secondary cats and am running straight custom pipes, so it is LOUD. It is truly amazing, The car has the ferrari Italian race car sound. I have upgraded the speakers and the wheels as well. I have: The OEM wheels with tires (90% life), HRE 449R wheels in gun metal grey and polished lip with tires (google images) (90% life) $4500 wheels, the wheels pictured on the car and an extra set of brand new tires (not pictured). I also have all of the books, all of the tools, literature, spare (in trunk) and navigation CDs as well as car cover and factory mufflers/exhaust (too quiet). I have ALWAYS maintained my car, sometimes better than I do myself. I have replaced spark plugs and I do oil changes EXACTLY 3000 miles every time with FERRARI/MASERATI Correct factory spec Oil. (dealer items). I have replaced pads (although they were not necessary). The car does NOT SEE RAIN OR SNOW. there is NOT A SINGLE SCRATCH OR DING on the car. ALL ELECTRONICS WORK perfectly. The steering wheel leather has small bubble (easy fix I will explain to new owner how to fix) some buttons have scratches (previous owner). The suspension is electronic, the clutch is PERFECT. I always drive the car cautiously and NOBODY eats or drinks in my car. It smells like new leather and it is alway clean. This car is excellent, stereo system is nice; tires on all 3 sets of wheels are PERFECT 90%+ on all. This car gets washed, polished and vacuumed regularly. Hard to find a car this clean. The rear vinyl lines that are on the deck lid are removable. The car has also a carbon fiber spoiler which I have put on ($800 part), I also have 2 bumper covers (not pictured) that I will include in the sale (they are the GRANDSPORT COVERS with larger grilles and lower splitter UPGRADES) car has a built in battery trickle charger and took kit with phone/blue tooth. The original seat bottoms were made from a rough cloth that "Scrubbed" the dyes from clothes like Jeans and other, and they held the stain. When we attempted to clean them, they got worse. We consulted Maserati of Raleigh who suggested to change them to top-grain leather that matched the rest of the interior. We did this and we also changed to bottom door panels (which also contained that horrible cloth) to match the seats. Everyone who has seen the seats and doors has said they look great, and stock. This car is a rocket, with a 4.2L Ferrari Engine catapulting this lightweight car with incredible pick-up. A real thrill to drive. I have over 40 pics of every angle, inside, outside, engine, trunk, top, etc. If there's something I missed that you need a pic of, just ask. This car is going to sell very fast. I am the second owner of this vehicle, which I purchased in Oct 1994. I have kept it in climate-controlled private storage (dehumidifier & a/c) until about 3 years ago. It was then stored in a private self-storage unit with portable dehumidifier. This car remains in better condition than almost all Biturbos listed for sale on Ebay. In addition to the usual pictures, I will add pictures of its underside and engine bay. plus detail pictures. NO RUST ANYWHERE. I drive a new car and have only one parking space. I no longer have free storage for this vehicle. The car is in exceptional good condition BUT there is a big BUT! It has not been driven in about 15 years on the road. The engine has been turned periodically until about 3 years ago. It has sat for three years now. I removed electronic components to store in an ideal climate space. I have to make another decision. Take this to a qualified renovation shop to get it completely checked up? I don't want to invest money in this car particularly since I don't want to begin a project. I mean that I don't want things disassembled just to tell the mechanic to reassemble so I can sell the car. That doesn't make sense to me. Please ask me questions. I want to get feedback. Returning to the car again... The exterior paint job is in good condition but shows age. The windshield is in pristine condition. The plastic rear view panel is in great condition. The interior leather and pleather is in very good condition. The rooftop is in great condition and the suede is also in exceptional condition. The seats are in very good condition. The tires look good but must be replaced because they are simply too old. I have manuals and blueprints of the electrical system. Up for auction is this beautiful 2003 Maserati Spyder. I am selling it regretfully because I need to downgrade to a practical small car. My intention was to trade it for a Fiat 500 and I still have that option, but I thought I would try Ebay first. I took it to the local Maserati dealer and they gave it a thorough checking over and found that it had no evidence of any bodywork or paint work. They found that it had a good service history at a Virginia Maserati dealer and were impressed with its mechanical condition. They noted the sticky buttons (happens to ALL of them)-cosmetic and easily fixed. In addition to sticky buttons, these 4200 Maseratis are known to eventually need a new heater core. This was recently replaced and it also got a new clutch, flywheel, F1 sensor, and thrust bearing. It had a complete fluid service in March of this year and only has 1000 miles since. The Michelin Pilot Sports have plenty of tread remaining. The previous owner spent huge money on suspension, brake, and exhaust mods. I think it was money well spent as it handles like a slot car and the sound it makes is truly awe-inspiring! My Buy-it-Now price is very reasonable when you consider the new clutch , heater core, extensive mods (they are all reversible if you wish), and the overall condition of the car.

The 2006 Gransport (GS) Spyder is the best of this series of Maseratis. It has interior, grill, sills, wheels etc unique to the year and GS model. The paint color is Verde (Italian for Dark Green). The interior color is Cuoio (translates from Italian as "leather" but is best described as baseball glove like in color There is carbon fiber in the interior as well. The 19 inch wheels are really a nice design feature incorporating the Maserati Trident in the design. The seats, unique to this model are amazing - the are not overly soft, and have a the perfect contours - a little racing seatish but not too confining. The power convertible roof operates with a well orchestrated choreography of motion. The car is fast with 405hp but is best characterized as a grand touring sports car its not a knock your fillings out stiff suspended car but handles very well.I have had the car about 5 years, bought it with 10k miles, I drive it a decent amount in the nice months.
