Selling my very clean 1998 jeep Cherokee 2 door 5 speed 4x4. It's a rare chili pepper red color which the photos don't do justice in my opinion. Has the bulletproof 4.0 inline 6 cylinder mated up to a tough as nails ax-15 manual transmission coupled to a np231 transfers case. Everything works as it should jeep needs nothing and is ready to go. There is no rust on the jeep so please don't ask. This includes rocker panels and inside of the doors and floor pans. Jeep was garage kept since new. Heat and ac and power windows all work. Stereo sounds amazing. Interior is very clean and still has a new car smell believe it or not. Keyless entry works and is very handy hassle free way to lock the doors on this jeep. It also has a rare overhead console option which displays avg fuel economy, compass, and outdoor temp. I have all the service records to go along with the jeep showing everything that has ever been done to the jeep to include regular maintenance, as well as frequent detailings. Few people know that the 1998 Cherokees are the best years for the "bulletproof 4.0" however in 2000 and 2001 they did away with the distributor and went with an individual coil pack. they also change the heads. the coil packs are finicky and the new heads are far inferior to the previous heads and will inevitably fail way before the jeep reaches its "300,000+ miles" this jeep with continued maintenance will live past 300k. $6500Please feel free to ask any questions or ask for additional pictures.
