The handling is effortless, cornering is excellent and acceleration is very good. The convertible top operates smoothly and quickly and seats are comfortable. Not only does it turn heads and have a beautiful design, it is responsive and a joy to drive. Select the sport function and you can really feel the sharpness and power. The performance, handling, build quality, and reliability are all exceptional. Registered until 06/15/16. 98829 miles. $9,990 Some good detail we hope you will appreciate: The car is mechanically in a very good shape. Over the 7-8 years with the car we have been maintaining it very nicely which is actually very positive for the new owner as some of the typical flaws with this model were resolved. The fact that is a 2000 car is positive on itself, as the previous engines versions were problematic and jaguar fixed it with the 2000 engine. Then on our hands we fixed the engine tensioners (was another model flaw as they were plastic and we replaced it with new generation ones), we replaced the hydraulic cylinders for the convertible system, we replaced throttle body (sensor issue), MAF sensor, ignition coils and valve cover gaskets, and oxygen sensors. Also have updated several components like brakes, brand new battery, tyres, etc. obviously all detail is not to be a concern but if you happen to know a bit about this model or older cars, I hope you recognize that's real value the fact that all this fixes were done at some point over the years as we kept the car in good shape, and in turn, those flaws shouldn't happen in the new owners hands. A real joy to drive.

Original 32k Miles!!! Highly preferred 4.2 engine due to power and much better reliability over base engine. Brand new battery, tune up, ready for the convertible season.These cars are pretty much fully loaded, one of the handful of options this car has are xenon lights.Interior is in great shape, leather is great ( see photos ).Paint is in great shape, no sign of fading, few small rock chips, no big enough to show in photos. I drive the car daily (when sunny ) so I will tack on few extra miles.Possible trades: Classic car, pickup truck, a new toy I must have, just did not know about it. Known issues: Power antenna not working properly. Small cigar ash burn ( back seat, pretty hard to see). Top ( inside ) will need to be steamed in a season or two, outside was done a month ago. Car was involved in a minor front collision as shown in report ( airbags did not deploy ) . However, on a 2005 Jaguar does not take much to write it off. A new fender, bumper cover, radiator 1 headlight was replaced. The vehicle has only had one previous owner, we purchased the vehicle used in 2006. The car had a new intake manifold installed in March of this year, it had a new hydraulics system put in the convertible top in summer/fall of last year. The latch system still has work to be done before the top will be fully functional, as does the small back right window (it is currently stuck in the down position). The engine has some work to be done before it can be driven and fully functional. It does turn and run, but idles roughly and should not be driven until repairs are made. The majority of the paint on this car is intact, though there are various and multiple scratches through out the body. All rims are in good to great condition, 1 rim is missing the center green Jaguar emblem piece. The interior needs a good cleaning and there is some minor cosmetic damage/ wear and tear present, the wood dash pieces are all in excellent condition, no breakage, the glove box needs to be adjusted on the left side. The trunk interior is in very good condition. As you can see from the pictures, she still has a tremendous curb appeal, she just needs someone that can give more attention & bring it back to top notch condition. The vehicle has never been in a major accident, no water/weather damage. The original handbook, leather portfolio and 1 key fob are included in the sale of the car.
