96 Normal 0 false false false EN-US X-NONE X-NONE Exceptional condition 1985 xj6 with only 43K miles owned by a Jaguar Club member. Over $14,200 on maintenance spent over the last 18 months. Exceptional ride and interior. The leather is in great shape and the wood overall for the age is in very good condition with some cracks near the right side air vent. The paint, well it is 31 year old jaguar paint. Overall the paint is ok however the hood will need attention, please see the hood picture. No or very very small visible rust on all four window corners and other locations. The window corners are major rust areas on most cars I drive this car daily in the Atlanta area and it never misses a beat. Totally reliable. I recently drove the car to Sarasota and back - cruised at 80 all the way! Everything works and the car is very smooth and comfortable. I have had GA and FL plates on this car during the last 12 months - same owner saved sales tax. There are a lot of inexpensive jaguars out there that will cost you a lot of money after you buy them so beware when just looking at the purchase price. This car has had extensive work and is ready to be used on a daily basis or repaint the car and you will have an outstanding show car! If you are interested I would be happy to scan and send a copy of the work supporting the $14,200. Remember mechanically very strong, the interior is very good with great leather, however 31 year old jaguar paint. With the exception of the hood the paint looks fine from a few feet away. I have 4 older jags and three other cars and storage is getting very expensive so i am selling the car for that reason only.

This is a 1986 Jaguar XJ6 with ~130,000 miles on the car being sold AS-IS. It is in original condition aside from being repainted back in 2004 with 126,700 miles on the car then. It has been garage kept and the paint really shows nice as you can see in the pictures. A little polishing and a nice wax and its a mirror finish. Maintenance records go back to 1997 when the car was at 77,600 miles. It had new tires including the spare installed in october of 2014, about 1500 miles ago. November 2014, installed new spark plugs and wires. Replaced the A/C compressor, condenser, and dryer. New water pump installed and repaired a small leak in the radiator. The A/C system has been converted over to R-134a. The entire fuel system has been checked and overhauled. Including new fuel filter, change over valves, return valves. The car just made a trip from Milwalkee, WI to Orlando, FL and I would not hesitate to take longer trips in this vehicle. It has proven to be reliable and not leave you stranded. The Bad:Headliner is missing, probably something any automotive upholster could take car of. I was planning on keeping this car and driving it but life has gotten in the way. I have 2 other vehicles so one of them has to go. This car doesn't require much more work to make it a real classic Jaguar.No rust on the car, never been in an accident, drives straight, and rides beautifully and is very comfortable for a nearly 30 year old car. 1995 Jaguar XJ6 4dr Sedan. Original Florida Car with maintenance records. Runs and looks excellent. Cold AC, Interior and Exterior in very good condition. 1988 Jaguar XJ6,I've owned over 10 years in Florida. Has the expensive factory rear suspension upgrade, Not aftermarket. Silver paint, body good except behind back glass, by fuel door.Repair panel included. Needs front handles/locks replaced; good pair included.May need battery. Ac used to work; needs a module replaced,which is included..Car has 205,000 miles, but a low mileage engine, transmission were installed, and are good.believe needs Lf balljoint replaced. This is a very good Jaguar that needs some repars; then will be a very good Jaguar for many years; as it was well maintained for a long time.
