1977 INTERNATIONAL SCOUT 2 PROJECT RUNS AND DRIVES BUT SMOKES (POSSIBLY VALVE SEALS) LOOKS GREAT BUT IT NEEDS TOTAL RESTORATION. NEEDS RUST REPAIR FRAME IS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION, TUB AND TOP HAS RUST, Please look at the pictures and let me know if you have any questions. New MT wheels and 33 x 12,5 x 15 BRAND NEW Cooper Discoverer Stts I believe it has 4 inch Lift, currently front shaft is removed, it has front wheel locks.
