Selling my 2005 G35 6mt sedan (6 speed transmission). Car has 127k. Black exterior with tan leather interior. Car drives really smooth, good power (298hp /258ftlb from factory). Engine is really healthy with no leaks. I just installed a oil catch can to prevent the intake from breathing oil in from the valve cover vent (as these engine have a reputation of doing). Also has Takeda Cold Air Intake. Has CD009 6 speed transmission which is highly sought after in the enthusiast scene. The transmission shifts perfectly with the OEM clutch that is strong (no slipping). The 6mt also comes with a Limited Slip Differential. Inside has Super cold ac and good heater, seats have heaters too. Everything works (HID headlights, pwr windows, locks, climate control, pwr seats, keyless entry and trunk popper. The aftermarket radio works but at low volume. Again, car is in good running mechanical order. No check engine light. No overheating. I commute with this car every day. Super reliable and fun to drive. Unfortunately, I need to sell it and get a smaller, automatic car for my wife to drive. She can't drive manual (don't worry, she never tried to learn on the G35). Good: 18inch split 5-spoke sport wheels At least 50% tread on tires CD009 Transmission Aftermarket struts/shocks Exhaust Resonator delete (sounds like stock 350Z now) *Within the last 1k miles; New outer tie rod ends New front lower ball joints New front lower control arm bushings New brake pads front and rears 5w30 Mobil 1 synthetic and Fram filter Coolant flush Oil catch can Bad: Exterior; The clear coat on the hood and trunk died long ago from San Antonio sun. So they were poorly wet sanded by previous owner. It doesn't look that bad. The passenger side of the car looks top notch though. If you want a show car then a paint job or vinyl wrap don't cost much around here. The car has slight hail damage on driver-side window trim. Some light scratches here and there but nothing serious. Interior: Great condition except for the dash. The dash cracked and was poorly repaired by the previous owner. They also put a dash mat over it and glued it in some spots, but I've since pulled that nasty fury creature out and went to town with Goo-gone to remove all the glue. So the dash is still cracked but looks way better than a shedding dash mat. CONCLUSION *If you want a a Good 6mt for cheap, and don't care much about the minor visual stuff, then this is your car. I bought it solely based on how well the motor, transmission, suspension and wheels work together to create a great driving experience. The roughness around the edges can always be checked off the list later. So give me txt. Name is Brandon. *Also check out this link to a short video of the car.
