I bought the car because it gets 50+mpg on the highway. I've driven the car to south Florida and more. It does great. It is a southern car from Georgia with zero rust. It is equipped with AC, the compressor turned on when I charged the system once, but the condenser needs to be replaced due to leakage, as well as one line. Comes with two new fiberglass fenders not yet installed, and a custom wing also not installed. Original fenders are damaged. Hood has minor damage on front right as pictured. It can be covered with a bra. I have all the pieces of the interior that are not seen or missing in pics. I also have a rare center arm rest that needs repair I will include. Windshield has a crack. Custom interior needs repair on driver floorboard and edge of driver seat. I will also include acura integra rear disc brake conversion trailing arms. May also have new rear shocks in storage. This car will pay for itself with gas savings getting 50+ mpg. I am also including a single din console with ashtray in like new condition. With all of the extras and custom work, the asking price is fair. Wheels are in good shape, a little rash on one maybe two. They do need paint in the center, but yet aluminum and rust free. I have a 87 CRX I am not sure which model it is . So I can not tell you if it's a HF , SI , or DX. I bought it out of a field where it had been sitting for years when I bought it in 2010 hence why it does not have many miles on it . So I went to fixing it up and making it roadworthy . I replaced all the brakes , wheel cylinders, calipers, tires , timing belt , water pump and plugs. I regularly got 47 mpg and sometimes it would hit 52 mpg. All the miles I put on it are highway miles as my job was 114 miles round trip daily. Plus whatever errands I ran. When you turn loose of the steering wheel it runs true and straight. The engine and 5 speed trans and clutch are all STRONG. As you can see the body is straight , as far as the marker light I do have it but I can not get it back in place , it was missing when I bought it . The car does not leak or use oil . I always kept it checked and NEVER let it get less than 1/2 a quart low. I am open to reasonable offers Call if you have any questions 8l2.493.six25six. I can not answer text. 1991 Honda CRX HF. This classic little Honda has served as my wife's daily driver for over five years now. We originally purchased this car on eBay in December 2010 and have enjoyed every minute behind the wheel. We are offering it for sale now because my wife is ready for a car with modern features (like power steering and power windows). This car is 98% stock, only additions are tinted windows and professionally installed seat heaters - that's right, a Honda CRX with heated seats! This is the HF (high fuel) model with a 5 speed manual transmission. The transmission shifts with all the smoothness you expect from Honda. Car regularly gets 45+ mpg (a bad tank is low 40's, we've seen as high as 53 mpg on a road trip). A/C works great. Car was repainted in 2013 after original red had faded, as Honda's red tends to do over time. This is not a perfect show car, but a very, very nice example of one of Honda's best-loved little cars. The exterior of this car is in very good shape. There are a few small dings and the trim around both rear side windows is spotted (Both doors have new-old-stock trim). In 2013 both rear wheel wells were just starting to show rust, this was professional repaired when the car was painted - however, it is now starting to reappear with a very small spot of rust (dime-sized) starting to surface on both wheel wells. The interior is in very nice shape. The only exception is the driver's seat has one rough spot that is a little worn on the side bolster close to the driver's door. The carpet on the passenger's side has a stain from where a crockpot spilled some chili as my wife was merging onto the interstate - the chili was fantastic though! Recent maintenance includes new alternator, new tires and new brakes (front and rear). Car has been serviced regularly throughout our ownership. Only current issue is that sometimes the clutch feels tight - we have had this inspected and been told that the clutch has a lot of life left in it - however, I feel it will probably need to be replaced at some point in the near future. Also, the rear window defroster has never worked since we’ve owned the car. I have tried my best to represent this car in an honest manor. There is no warranty or any guarantees made with this car - remember it is 25 years old, and is now considered a collectable. It is time for me to move on from this car. I purchased this car two years ago, and it was in rough shape to say the least. Everything works as it should besides the AC. I have replaced the compressor, evap core, expansion valve, drier, and it will cool very well for about 3 weeks. After that, the Freon has all leaked back out. I was told that a shop could put in a dye that would help locate the small leak, but I have not gotten around to it. The previous owner wrecked the car a few years back in California, and I have the paperwork for it. The right fender, and the bumper was replaced. But it was considered a total loss So the title is a salvage title. The body of this crx has 269,000 on it. Back in 2010 a shop in California installed a sohc zc with 45k on it, along with a new flywheel and clutch. I believe that I still have that paperwork as well. In the two years that I have had it, I have replaced a good bit of stuff. I will try and list them all. The bushing service included rear trailing arms, control arms, and radius arms. Front sway bar link bushings were replaced as well. The handling is now very crisp and precise, just how a CRX should be. 1991 Honda CRX DX This CRX is a rare find. It is a two owner vehicle with very low original mileage (64,476). Clear and clean title. It is PA titled, registered and inspected. First, I'll list the negatives about it: Right rear taillight has some slight cracking in it, the drivers seat has some damage to the upper section (see picture), the drivers sun visor has an impression in it from a mirror (not torn or ripped though), there is a very small ding below the drivers mirror, the windshield on the passenger side has some separation going on near the pillar (see picture). This is the original factory paint. Overall on the car it has some small blemishes. However the black paint on the kickers has been done over. It does NOT have A/C. Now the positive: The car is completely stock. It is unaltered and non molested. It is a non-smoker car.The body is 100% straight, never been in any accidents and no body work has been done. Just had the transmission serviced, with a fresh oil change. The tires (Michelin RainForce MX4 175/70/R13), rear hatch struts, all wiper blades and battery have recently been replaced. This is only a two owner vehicle. The 1st owner drove it 99% of the original mileage. The CRX is a very solid and clean car. It runs and drives excellent, transmission shifts and performs 100%. It is a two owner vehicle with very low mileage (64,476). Clear and clean title. It is PA titled, registered and inspected. First, I'll list the negatives about it: Right rear taillight has some slight cracking in it, the drivers seat has some damage to the upper section (see picture), the drivers sun visor has an impression in it from a mirror (not torn or ripped though), there is a very small ding below the drivers mirror, the windshield on the passenger side has some separation going on near the pillar (see picture). This is the original factory paint. Overall on the car it has some small blemishes. However the black paint on the kickers has been done over. Now the positive. The body is 100% straight, never been in any accidents and no body work has been done. The tires (Michelin RainForce MX4 175/70/R13), rear hatch struts, all wiper blades and battery have recently been replaced. This is only a two owner vehicle. The 1st owner drove it 99% of the original mileage. The CRX runs and drives excellent, transmission shifts and performs 100%. The motor is very strong and solid.
