This Torino GT "Richard Petty" Edition is finished in Petty Blue over blue vinyl interior. An extremely rare and special car, it is one of only five ever produced. In 1969, Ford held a Charlotte 600 special sweepstakes in which the winners would receive one of these 428ci Cobra Jet Torinos, delivered to their doorstep by Richard Petty himself. 111 of these Torinos were built, but only five were optioned with the 428 Cobra Jet V8, and this car is one of those five. Richard Petty now owns two of the five 428 cars. These cars all came with a blank code on the data plate. Presented in its factory original condition and decoded by Kevin Marti, the car was built in Atlanta and finished on March 11, 1969. Options from the factory include the matching-numbers 428 Cobra Jet V8 and column-shift C-6 automatic transmission, 3.25 conventional rear axle, power steering, AM radio and whitewall tires. Other features include the Cobra Jet hood scoop, hood pins, front and rear bench seat, dual-exit exhaust system and Ford floor mats. Included with the car is the original Build Sheet, Deluxe Marti Report. Here is your chance to own a very nice piece of Richard Petty history. The car runs,looks and drives beautiful. Classic 71 Torino GT, vinyl bucket seats, 4 speed. It was cosmetically restored and motor rebuilt 15 years ago. In excellent condition. It has stock bore, bushings were replaced as well as rings. Only has about 1,000 miles on it in the last 15 years. Crane cam, Offenhauser dual-port manifold, Holley 750 carb was rebuilt last year, headers, electronic MSD ignition, Ford Motorsport roller rockers, original stock 4 barrel heads. It was originally 351C 4V 4 speed, tinted window, bucket seat car. Rear is 9 inch 4.11 posi N case, 31 spline axles, just rebuilt with new clutches. Power disc brakes, power steering. Interior is in perfect condition. Everything in great shape. No dents. The exterior trim above the doors has some pitting. All other chrome is new. The door handles are new old stock Ford. Factory tach is not hooked up. Very solid, with only a small amount of rust before it was repainted 15 years ago. It has been garage kept and rarely driven. Contact us for any questions.

This 1969 Torino GT Fastback is in great running condition and is currently NJ inspected until 2016.....It is in need of cosmetic completion.....The car is originally a California car and has a VERY solid body with very minimal surface rust. The 351 Windsor has been rebuilt by previous owner with recently installed electronic distributer and 600 cfm Holley carb.....Starts right up and runs strong.....There is a after market floor shifter installed in the car that can be a little tricky to learn but once you've learned it it's easy.....The body is straight but is in need of a little body work, scuff and paint which I have purchased from TheCoatingFactory a two stage pearl "Rockin Red" paint kit, 1 gallon of base, 1 gallon of polyurethane clear, activator and reducer. Cost $250 alone. This goes with the car. The interior of the car is in great shape, however the headliner is split on a few seems. The carpet, door panels, seats and dash are in great shape. All the lights work as they should. The under carriage of the car is clean and in great shape. The chrome is in good shape and the trim missing in the pics is in the trunk of the car. it comes with GT rims and brand new tires all around. The engine and trans are in great shape. The car will chirp second gear. It has headers and dual exhaust. The car is equipped with AC, however it is not hooked up, the compressor is in the trunk. This is a factory power front disc brake and power steering car.The trunk, rockers, quarters, fenders, floor pans and quarters are in great shape. this car can be driven while being finished. HERE WE HAVE A COMPLETE ORIGINAL 69 FORD GRAN TORINO FASTBACK WITH THE POPULAR RED EXTERIOR WITH WHITE STRIPES THIS TORINO WAS INVOVED IN A ACCIDENT ON THE DRIVERS SIDE AND WAS PARKED , STILL CARRIES ITS ORIGINAL TEXAS INSPECTION STICKER OF 1984IS EQUIPPED WITH THE 302 2V ENGINE ( F-CODE) AND AUTOMATIC TRANS HAS FACTORY A/C WE CHANGED THE OIL AND FLUSHED OUT THE FUEL AND GOT THE CAR RUNNING. 1968 Ford Torino GT convertible. This is a class 4 car. 302, C4 automatic, PS. New Motor, New Transmission, New Differential, New suspension, New Brakes. My wife and I bought this as a weekend cruiser. Wanted to be sure it wouldn’t let us sit anywhere. Rebuilt the motor. Bored out 30 over, forged pistons. Balanced crank. Trued main bearings and connecting rods. High volume oil pump. Edelbrock cam and carb. Weiand intake. Stainless steel valves, roller rockers, Hooker headers. Lots of powder coating. Broader Performance 500hp C4 automatic transmission with Torque converter. 355 true trac posi rear differential. All new suspension springs, shocks and bushings control arms.
