( OPEN FOR TRADE ) Blue Hi boy The classic 1932 Ford, better known as "the Deuce," has been, and always will be, the quintessential hot rod. Almost immediately, it was modified and quickly gained fame on America's dry lakes, the Bonneville salt and early drag strips. Popular culture only added to its appeal, including the Beach Boys' hit "Little Deuce Coupe", and George Lucas' classic 1973 film, American Graffiti, which reintroduced old-style hot rods to a new generation and rekindled the street-rodding movement, which many thought had died out by the late 1960s. The popularity of the 1932 Ford has always remained strong. In the early days of hot rodding, Deuces of any body style were cheap and plentiful. Being simple cars made them easy to strip down and modify. Their stock frames were strong, and Ford's new-for-1932 "Flathead" V-8 engine responded very well to performance upgrades. A cultural phenomenon, an entire aftermarket industry, and countless publications were born from these humble beginnings. Fast forward some 40-plus years. A new generation of street rodders, including UP John Buttera, Boyd Coddington, Sam and Chip Foose, and countless others began to underscore the importance of detail and injected much higher standards of craftsmanship into their creations. They emphasized clean, uncluttered, and complete bodywork and comfortable, well-trimmed interiors. Engine bays and undercarriage areas were also highly detailed, and often as stunning as the rest of the car. Drivability and reliability, rather than brute force, became prime considerations. Innovation and resourcefulness are the hallmarks of the hot rodder's art form and while the basic overhead-valve V-8 engine remains the power unit of choice today, a select few hot rodders demand something a bit more exotic for their rides. San Diego, California's Pete Aardema, a Bonneville record-holding engine builder, is one of them. Aardema's single-overhead cam {SOHC) kit graces the show-quality 1932 Ford Hi-Boy offered here, which was pro-built with over ( $82,000 invested ) . Based on a Westcott body mounted on a TCI frame, the Hi-Boy is powered by a 300-hp 350 Chevy with the aforementioned and very cool Aardema SOHC conversion. The raked DuVall windshield and new Grey interior provide a very clean look, and the ride is smooth and steering sharp with the chromed independent Jaguar front and rear suspension. Riding on a set of American Racing Torq-Thrust wheels and new BFG tires all around, this vehicle is a clean, tasteful, and refreshing take on the classic Hi-Boy. any questions please call 209-470-3900 Dan 1932 Ford RoadsterTop:Bop top - Sid ChaversEngine:timing chain cover bolt kit- jetswater pump bolt kit - jegsdistributor studmotor mount bot set - jegsstarter boltsfuel pump bolt set - jegsflexiplate bolt set - jegscam bolts - jegsintake bolts - jegsheader bolt kit - jegsharmonic balancer bolt - jegscarbuerter stud kit - jegsoil pump stud - jegsoil pan, chrome - speedwaywater pump, aluminumflexplate - speedwayoil pump- speedwayoil pump shaft - speedwayfluid oil damper - speedwaycloyes roller timing set - speedwaytiming cover, chrome - speedwaytiming tab - speedwaydipstick and tube assy - speedwayoil filter cover, chrome - speedwayoil pan bolt kit - speedwaywater neck - speedwayalternator - speedwaycarbuertor, edelbrockintake manifold, aluminum, edelbrockcylinder heads, aluminum -Edelbrockgasket set - speedwayhead bolt kit - speedwaysmall block Chevrolet , from Courtesy Chevroletdistributor - speedwayflexplate-flywheel - Courtesy Chevroletsparkplug wire, accelcrank pulley, alum - speedwayfan pulley, chrome - speedwaymotor mount assy - from Courtesy Chevrolet- water temp gauge adaptor - speedwayair cleaner - speedwaypcv valve and breather - speedwaystarter heat shield - speedwayexhaust headers throttle and a/t kidk down bracketcarburetor bracket and return springrod end bearing for alternator postOHC head modification oil dipstick assyFUEL:gas tank, stainlesselectric fuel pumpfuel filtergas tank powder coatingBRAKES:foot pedal, chrome platinglokar 11"transmount emergency hand brakeemergency brake cablestransmount brake bootpowder brake boosteroval hole, spitDIFFERENTIAL:vent - Concours westCHASSIS:powdercoating, silverframe and suspensionTRANSMISSION:th700r4 - Phoenix Transmissiondriveshaft Aluminum polishedlokar gm high tech shifter for 77r4radiator cooling lines and couplingtorque-convertor coverBODY:Wescott 32r hiboywindshield Westcott Duvalheadlights, 32stls- Westcotttail-lights 1950 pontiac, bluedot - Westcottgrille shell, filled, 32, glass - Westcottgrille insert, 32p, stls, no hole - Westcottrad. support rods and thread coversinside handle latch/link/escutcheons door sill platesrear view mirrors-door, pair socaltrunk latch actuatorlicense plate brackethod 3 piece - sides and toppaint - finish mastercar coverELECTRICAL:ignition switch - speedwayheadlight conduit with wires - speedwayturn signal lights, front - speedwayWHEELS/TIRES:american racing/bf GoodrichSTEERING:wheel & install kit billet buttoncolumn floor mount, polished - Julianoscolumn -Ididitcolumn drop - speedwayhorn button, billet - speedwaysteering shaft - Westcottsupport bearing - Westcottsupport bearing 6 1/2" - WestcottENGINE:OHC head modification - Peter AardemaCONTROLS:accel pedal, spoon- SoCal/Lokarthrottle cable -SoCal/Lokarbracket and spring -SoCal/Lokarshifter boot -SoCal/LokarSEATING:safety belts, harness, y type - WestcottEXHAUST:system installation, - Westcottmufflersheat shield, two plyRADIATOR:aluminum, griffin - speedwayflexible ST. steel rad hose and endsexpansion tank, 20 oz.. That's what makes this Ford Model A replica so appealing. It might look like an 86-year-old classic, but beneath the vintage appearance is a more modern drivetrain and desirable features. The people at Glassic only produced a small number of Model A replicas. In fact, there were less than 1,800 estimated built over a 15-year run, and less than 350 of this particular model. The durable fiberglass body means this one still looks great after years of Saturday parades and Sunday drives. The red paint even still has the right kind of luster to attract attention even in a crowded parking lot. This one has all the great elements you love in a classic Model A, including the upright grille, running boards, chrome luggage rack w/trunk, and the spare wheels mounted in the fender like the Deluxe models. But this is no ordinary Model A reproduction. Glassic took advantage of some upgrades to Ford's iconic design. This includes larger doors and 15-inch wire wheels, both of which make this convertible feel more practical without effecting the vintage feeling. Your first look at the interior, and you would not immediately notice this is a replica. The brown leather seats and matching door trim are very well presented. And this one also gets the details right from the wind wings on the side of the windshield to the fantastic rumble seat. But then you slip into the driver's seat and find a more comfortable wheel than an original Model A. There's a full gauge package in place, which is always a welcomed sight. You even have an AM/FM/CD stereo so you can choose between 1930s flapper music or more modern tunes for your road trips. It doesn't even have to be a sunny day drive with the included heater and full top/curtain package. The true feeling of reliability comes into play the moment you open the hood. Glassic utilized the motor from the International Harvester Scout 800. This four-cylinder provides plenty of pep, especially when compared to the original four-cylinder A's. It fires up it ease, and the maintenance is hand tool simple. It's not just the engine that's upgraded. The entire underpinnings were borrowed from the Scout, which includes the three-speed manual transmission as well as the hardy chassis and suspension. So in the end, you have a classic roadster that looks great but drives substantially better. There's no greater feeling than cruising down the road in a true classic that sounds authentic right down to the "Aoooga!" horn. And now you do that with a confidence thanks to a more modern vehicle. But the Glassics are becoming rare, so call today!!! 1932 Ford Roadster for Sale 1932 Ford Roadster for Sale Stock # 0154-TPA Charlotte Showroom 5400 West WT Harris Blvd Charlotte, NC 28269 Local/International: (704) 598-2130 Toll-Free: (866) 542-8392 Hours: Tues - Fri: 9AM - 6PM EST Sat: 9AM - 5PM EST Email: [email protected] Atlanta Showroom 213 Thornton Rd Lithia Springs, GA 30122 Local/International: (678) 279-1609 Toll-Free: (877) 367-1835 Hours: Tues - Fri: 9AM - 6PM EST Sat: 9AM - 5PM EST Email: [email protected] Dallas/Fort Worth Showroom 5400 Sandshell Dr Fort Worth, TX 76137 Local/International: (817) 764-8000 Toll-Free: (855) 877-2707 Hours: Tues - Fri: 9AM - 6PM CST Sat: 9AM - 5PM CST Email: [email protected] Tampa Showroom 4610 Pet Lane Lutz, FL 33559 Local/International: (813) 501-1630 Hours: Tues - Fri: 9AM - 6PM EST Sat: 9AM - 5PM EST Email: [email protected] TERMS OF SALE Vehicle may be sold by Streetside Classic Cars prior to the end of the auction. It is time to thin my herd and I proudly offer to the right deserving owner, my classic '50s style deuce roadster. She is all original rust free Henry steel and has been a hot rod since the fifties. This car was owned by "HOT ROD ILLUSTRATED" editor, Dale Krutz in the '50s as a high boy. Bought by Steve Calavetta in 1995, she was restored to the full-fendered beauty you see here. This car was featured in a full color, 3 page feature story in the April, 1997 issue of ROD & CUSTOM written by the legendary Gray Baskerville, where she was compared to both the Murph Tiffany and the Neal East August 1961 cover cars. Power is supplied by a 1964 327 punched out to 343 C.I. that was freshened by Art Chrisman in 1994. A Turbo 350 shifts her smoothly to the 9" rear end. The rear suspension is parallel leafs and coil overs. Up front sits a 4''dropped Super Bell I beam on a Posie's slider cross spring with a Pete and Jake's 4 bar set up. Chevy front disc's help the halt and steering is '66 Mustang. The color is '40 Ford Manderian Maroon with a tad of Magenta mixed by none other than Stan Betz! The paint was applied by Bill Monteleone in 1996 and the quarter stripe was brushed by Tom "Li'l Greek" Otis. That lacquer hasn't a check but it is wearing thin in a couple spots. Nobody seems to care! The tan rolled 'hyde and burgundy carpet was stiched by Jesse Radillo Sr and fits the car perfectly. The door and trunk handles are shaved but the grill is stock and not filled. Her stance is proper with red 16" steelies and big and little wide whites. That quarter stripe just sets it all off! Everyone gives you the thumbs up in this rod! The motor just purrs and the color pop's be it sunny or cloudy! Have you always wanted to own a classic '50s style roadster? 'Gonna keep her a long time? Want to drive your 401k? $85,000. is what I am asking for her. I will negotiate for the right buyer. Ask for Bobby

It's a freshly built '32 Ford roadster with just 1286 shake-down and test miles on it. Obviously someone built their dream car, but something changed and here it is. Well, their loss is your gain, and you have a chance to own a brand-new, turn-key rod with a built 350, overdrive transmission, and an awesome look, all without the wait to build your own. The body is Brookville, so no real 1932 Ford roadsters were harmed in the construction of this gorgeous hi-boy roadster. If you're into hot rods, basic black has been a staple for years and looks simply amazing on the Ford's vintage shape. Fit and finish is spectacular, with beautiful gaps, super smooth body panels, and a gloss as deep and as black as a pool of oil. They went full traditional on the build, too, including a raked-backed roadster windshield, shaved door handles with exposed hinges, and round Pontiac taillights out back (although these are modern LED units). When you see it in person, you'll probably fall in love and you should prepare yourself for stoplight conversations from folks who want to know all about it. A billet insert in a '32 Ford shell along with chrome spreader bars gives the front end a familiar look, while the oversized headlights make this one distinctive. As an open car, leather upholstery is probably a smart choice when it comes to comfort and durability, and the traditional-looking bench seat wears beautiful tan hides that are handsome as well as practical. Matching tan door panels with vertical pleats are period-correct and tan carpets on the floor tie it all together nicely. The instrument panel is filled with classic white-faced Stewart Warner gauges with elegant art-deco pointers and a vintage font, and we like the leather face on the dash, which makes it feel elegant, not raw. A tilt column topped by a 4-spoke wheel makes it fairly easy to get comfortable, and the 700R4 4-speed automatic is managed by a Lokar shifter that's period-perfect. There's no rumble seat in this one, but rather a fairly spacious and usable trunk which has been fully upholstered to match the interior. There's also a nice-fitting black canvas top that not only helps with protection, but looks awesome doing it. With about 1900 pounds to haul around, the performance of the built 350 cubic inch V8 is explosive. It's got the usual components, including an Edelbrock 4-barrel carburetor and a set of block-hugging headers, but the point in a car like this isn't all-out horsepower, it's balance. It starts quickly and easily, idles nicely, and pulls hard, especially considering the lightweight body it's pulling. Of course, it's dressed in lots of chrome and polished aluminum trim and sits low in the chassis for improved handling. The headers feed a custom exhaust system that sounds like history, and the chassis has been painted and detailed to match the body. Neither the front nor rear suspensions reinvent the wheel, offering a dropped I-beam up front and trailing arms on the 3.70-geared 9-inch out back. Front disc brakes are a good idea on something that generates this much speed, and they look great behind those vintage alloys with 155/80/15 front and 285/70/15 rear BFGoodrich T/A radials. Fully sorted with just test and tune miles, this Deuce is ready to rock. Better yet, it's titled as a 1932 Ford, so no hassles when you get it home. With a traditional chassis, a Chevy V8, and a look that recalls the long, sleek roadsters of the '30s, it's a rod that's a cut above the usual stuff. That distinctive "turtle deck" styling is 100% Model T roadster, and it is one of the simplest, yet most elegant shapes ever created. It also looks great surrounded with curvaceous fenders and fronted by an extra-long hood that gives the humble Model T a very sleek look. There's virtually no panel on this entire car that hasn't been customized or hand-fabricated to achieve a look, but the Ford DNA is undeniable in the final result. The long 1-piece hood starts at a highly modified '32 Ford grille shell with a stainless insert that gives it a very updated look. The fenders look like late Model T pieces, again modified to work with the longer front end, and with everything swathed in brilliant Lamborghini Orange paint with a ton of pearl in it, there's no denying that there was someone with a very clear mission at work here. Workmanship is impressive, so if you like the look, there's plenty to love about the build: the beautifully molded cowl that seamlessly blends the hood and the bodywork, the V-shaped windshield, and the fabricated rear bumper that looks like the push bars old Bonneville racers used to use. The interior is quite a bit more user-friendly that the usual Model T, with a wide bench seat that's comfortable and has plenty of room for two. Everything is wrapped in black alligator skin and orange leather, including the custom door panels, and it's carpeted to control noise and heat, both of which are critical in a roadster like this. A custom aluminum steering wheel lives on top of a polished tilt column, so it's easy to get comfortable in the driver's seat, and a full complement of white-faced Equus instruments offers a great view of what's going on up front. A mini console was fabricated for the custom shifter, which, in the low-slung roadster, falls easily to hand. In back, the trunk is fully upholstered in black carpet with a matching alligator skin insert on the deck lit itself. There's also a sizeable fuel cell, making this roadster a fantastic cruiser for longer drives. The engine is a rugged and reliable 350 cubic inch Chevy V8 that's been recently rebuilt and neatly dressed for show duty under the long hood of this T. Lots of chrome and polished aluminum glitter when you pop the 3-piece hood, and with a new Edelbrock 4-barrel carb, a Holley intake manifold, and a throaty dual exhaust system, it certainly drives like a hot rod. A TH350 3-speed automatic transmission powers a 9-inch Ford rear end, which hangs on ladder bars and coil-overs. A dropped I-beam front suspension, complete with transverse leaf spring, gives it that vintage hot rod feel and there's a disc brake at each front corner. A set of flashy aluminum Torque Thrust wheels offers the traditional "big-n-little" combination with Goodyear radials up front and giant Pro-Trac donuts in back. Not quite a T-bucket, not quite a track T, and not quite a Model A or Deuce roadster, this is a wild combination with the right look and the right parts to simply be a ton of fun. The only problem is, you're going to spend way to much time and a pile of cash building one on your own. So, when you can find a great one like this, with less than 3,000 miles since completion, for far less than the price to built it, well, then you know the smart money is on the choice you can take home today. The fiberglass body comes from the people at Rat's, and despite the name, you can easily tell they know how to build a quality animal. Everything fits and flows together perfectly. This includes the highly detailed areas like where the steel hood meets the body, the fenders connect under the grille, and the flush rear roll pan. It also gets the custom details right with the shaved door handles, chopped windshield, suicide doors, and even the pinup girl on the trunk to give this classic hot rod appeal. Despite this smooth and slick appearance that comes from the bold yellow, there is some room for chrome accents on places like the headlight housing, tailpipes, and of course, the Cragar wheels with Ford spinners. The interior is surprisingly roomy for you and your gal (or guy), with cushy leatherette, and enough space to spread out your legs. The weave pattern on the seats is repeated on the door panels. In fact, the matching tan material, flush mount on the doors, and the small size of the interior handles all give this a custom wraparound effect, almost like there are no doors at all. This ultra cool setup also has safety measures, where the alarm system will also tell you if these doors aren't latched. When you slip into the driver's seat, you're greeted by a sports steering wheel with the Ford V8 logo boldly etched in the center. Beyond that is a full set of classic style AutoMeter gauges to keep you aware of everything going on in the engine bay. Take a look under the hood, and you'll be pleasantly surprised by the appearance of the 350 cubic-inch small-block. This hot rod has the iconic three-duce carburetor setup. These classic carbs look particularly unique against the more modern features such as the purple plug wires, and Chevrolet Performance valve covers. But beyond just having show-stopping looks, this one has some serious power to bring to the streets. The motor was built around 2,800 miles ago with a hydraulic cam, roller rockers, and headers. You can hear the wicked growl this V8 makes, but we invite you to take a closer look. The undercarriage photos not only show you the clean appearance of the yellow frame and underbody, but you see some seriously desirable components. This includes the A-arm front independent suspension, aluminum driveshaft, and the four-link coilover rear. Combine this with the large front disc brakes, and TH350 three-speed automatic, and this hot rod is an easy choice to take out anytime. Your wild side will love this roadster's bold look and big power. Your practical side will love the build receipts and the price. So it's the perfect hot rod to satisfy all your needs. How about this butch-looking 1934 cabriolet, which has the same awesome open-air vibe as the roadster, but with the protection of a folding top, roll-up windows, and windshield wipers that actually work. There's nothing subtle about this slick satin black rod, but that's entirely the point. Sure, the body is fiberglass, but the look is timeless, and everywhere you go, folks recognize the appeal of the 1934 Ford. From the pointed radiator shell and sweeping fenders to the raked-back windshield and smoothly tapered rear deck, there's something here that will appeal to everyone, and the fact that it's totally functional as a real car is something that most rods attempt, but not all achieve. Workmanship is quite good, and with fiberglass, it's easy to get great gaps and a solid feel, and with that satin black paint job, the shape simply speaks for itself. It features stock-style suicide doors with chrome handles, a custom grille insert in the pointed grille shell, and 1939 Ford taillights that have been smoothly integrated into the rear fenders. Red pinstripes add a classic old-school vibe with details on the hood louvers and in back, and they're matched by the red stripe in the stock-style chrome bumpers. Red cloth upholstery ties in with the bodywork, and offers more comfort in an open car than sticky vinyl or sweaty leather might. The stitching has a traditional look with pleats on the seats and simple door panels with billet hardware, and twin buckets make it easy for everyone to get comfortable. Old-school gauges from Ford Motorsport highlight the smooth dash, which roughly approximates the shape of the original 1934 design. With a tilt column and wood-rimmed wheel, it has a great look that's a bit upscale, which is right where the cabriolet was positioned when it was new. Lokar supplied the shifter, and if you want entertainment, it's all controlled by you right foot. Weather protection is provided by a snug-fitting white top with a decent-sized rear window (no blind spots!) and the trunk is neatly finished and perfect for, say, the Hot Rod Power Tour. But this rod is no poser. The engine is a freshly built 302-inch V8 bored .030 oversize fitted with all kinds of upgrades. A Cobra dress-up kit should look familiar to anyone who has ever driven a hi-po Ford before and it's entirely appropriate here. Ford Blue on the block looks great against the satin black bodywork and the overall look is serious and functional rather than over-done. Block-hugging headers dump into a custom-built dual exhaust system with glasspack-style mufflers, so this sucker really cackles. The suspension is a Mustang II setup in front with power rack-and-pinion steering and disc brakes, while an 8.8-inch out back hangs on a Mustang trailing arm setup. There's also a 3-speed automatic transmission in the middle. It nails the perfect stance with painted steel wheels wearing skinny 205/70/14 front and fat 255/70/15 rear whitewall radials. Go ahead and enjoy the open road, this '34 Ford has you covered; it's ready to rock or to be taken to the next level. This roadster is the ultimate street rod. It's the classic 1932 Ford roadster that is blazingly fast with a 540 HP supercharged all aluminum small block V8 with a B&M TH-400 trans and a Halibrand Championship Quick Change rear. Originally built at the B&M Automotive Project Street Rod, this car has been featured in Hot Rod Magazine twice as well as many other magazines. Here are some of the features: all polished stainless steel front suspension including s/s spindles, s/s steering arms, s/s batwings, s/s lower shock mounts, s/s spring perches, s/s shackles, s/s four bars, s/s tie rod ends, and s/s drag link. Chrome dropped Super Bell tubular front axle, Posie chrome spring, Aldan front shocks, Wilwood billet disc brakes, and Strange Engineering rear coiloversThe engine has a Milodon aluminum block, forged steel crank, LT-1 "pink" rods, TRW forged pistons, Crane hydraulic roller camshaft, Brodix aluminum -10 cylinder heads w/Manley 2.02" intakes and 1.60" exhaust valves, Crane roller rockers, B&M 250 Powercharger supercharger, two QuickFuel Specialties 650 CFM carburetors, MSD Pro-Billet Distributor with MSD 6-A CDI ignition, custom built all stainless steel exhaust system with 1-7/8" primaries. Oberg Oil Filter. The engine compartment is detailed to the max. The roadster ran the 1/4-mile in 11.61 et at 120.16 mph. Since the car ran that et and speed, the engine has had the HP increased by 90 HP. The interior was created by Dan Miller, an award winning interior craftsman. All the interior panels were carved out of foam, with plaster molds made off of the foam, and fiberglass laid up in the molds. This is a one-of-kind interior that is a true masterpiece. The wheels are two-piece true knock-offs by Boyd Coddington and only a very limited number of these were ever made. Despite being incredibly fast, the car is still a true driver and is equally at home in city traffic or on the open road. It idles at about 750 rpm and is super easy to drive. The car was completely re-freshened by Roy Brizio Street Rods in 2007 at a total expense of $68,000. The B&M trans was rebuilt in 2010.
