This truck runs and drives great, it is very Reliable does not appear to have any mechanical issues or defects everything is in working order. The truck is a daily driver, it goes straight down the road no check engine lights, Does not over heat and does not leak or burn any fluids at all. All the lights work, very hot heat and ICE COLD AC. The truck has Power windows and 4 doors this is the XLT Model so it has a lot more options others don't. Everything feels pretty tight on this truck and the brakes feel good, This wasn't a work truck and it never pulled anything. For the age the body and frame are in great shape, the paint shines like new, one thing I want to point out is on the passenger rear door there is a small spot of rust SEE PICS on the lower rear passenger door. DRIVETRAIN: The Engine Fires right up and is very strong, It feels a little more powerful then other ford rangers I have driven. The Transmission shifts smooth threw all of the gears and the 4x4 Engages as it should. it does not appear to leak or burn any fluids, I recently took the truck on a 700 Mile road trip and it did fine I averaged about 18 MPG which is pretty good. INTERIOR: I would say the interior is in good shape considering its original and a non smoker owned truck. It probably could use a good detailing but otherwise there is little to no wear and tear at all. Interior isn't all beat up and nothing appears to be broken, all of the power options are in good working order. OVERALL: This a Truck That you don't want to miss out on, i don't think you will find another one like it. I purchased this truck from a Older gentleman and he took really good care of it maitence wise and drove it daily. He stated he had a Brand new Transmission put in a year ago, Serviced the rear Diff, Brakes, spark plugs & wires. Also put a new set of tires on it, He also changed the oil every 3k like clock work. I am pretty confident in the truck and I feel like it has a lot of life left in it, I don't for see any additional expenses that will be required after purchase. 1995 Ford Ranger XLT with just over 200k. Truck was owned by my father-in-law and he no longer needs it. Truck is tight for its age/mileage and runs very well. Here are the known minor imperfections besides the slight cosmetic ones.... The water temperature gauge does not function, the blower works fine but only of the #4 setting (the highest), the key in ignition chime sometimes dings even when the key is removed and the rear sometimes whines when cold, he had it checked out, and mechanically it was sound just an annoyance. This truck was hit hard in the front.This truck also has scuff's and dents passenger side rear of cab along with the passenger side front of bed.The small passenger window on ext side is blown out.Both driver and passenger air bags are deployed. Motor runs smooth but i did remove the serpentine belt before starting. This means it could and probably will need something on the front end of motor to be replaced.I know off the top of my head the clutch fan is shot and the either the idler or tension pulley alsoRadiator & Condenser coil & trans cooler in the front is shot. Interior is clean it is mostly gray with some black and windows are tinted You are buying this truck as-is for parts. if you decide to fix it that is up to you. I do not and will not lead you to think this truck is mint.

Ok let me start saying I'm selling the truck for parts, it has a problem with tranny. Sometimes woun'nt shift into the high gears in drive, what happens is put it in drive and it doesn't shift make a hard left turn the indicator light for the overdrive on the transmission starts blinking and it shifts just fine so I think the trans is ok some kind of electrical problem? So it can be repaired I just do not have the funds to do so. The brakes need some work, indicator light on for brakes,AC not working compressor does not come on. engine starts right up runs great.
