For Sale as is 2009 Ford Mustang GT500 I purchased this car in 2013 from an insurance company after it was in an accident. I oversaw its restoration first hand so I know the repairs were done correctly. I have all the documentation and receipts for repairs done. new 2008 Roush P-51A Mustang back in 2008, well here is your second chance! 'Red Hills Rods & Classics' is thrilled to offer you this absolutely FLAWLESS 2008 Roush P-51A Mustang with only 215 miles since purchased new @ Mike Finnin Ford in Dubuque Iowa. This car is #120 of only 151 built! Retail price was $62,753, but most Ford dealers were getting a $10,000 premium above and beyond the list price. You will not find a more PERFECT example of a 2008 Roush P-51A anywhere @ any price, period! We have sold quite a few low-mile vehicles in the last 10 years, but we have never seen an example so FLAWLESS that we could not find a single blemish, inside or out! The paint is absolutely brilliant and without a single flaw anywhere! The interior is showroom fresh and looks as though the car just left the factory! This Roush P-51A is simply pristine from top to bottom! Personally, I have always been a huge fan of WWII fighter planes, so when Roush released the P-51A back in 2008, I was instantly smitten with the car. It is by far the most beautiful Mustang that Roush ever created, and they have become highly collectible over the last 7 years. The ROUSH Performance P-51A Mustang is easily the highest horsepower Mustang that the company has produced at the time of its release, and represents the first time that internal engine components have been upgraded by ROUSH technicians in their Livonia, Michigan facility. It was determined that the only way to give the P-51A moniker its due was to completely break into the 4.6L, 3V and rebuild several of the functional internal components, which include a forged steel eight-bolt crankshaft, forged aluminum pistons with increased dish to lower the compression from 9:8 to 8:6, and forged steel H-Beam connecting rods. These upgraded parts were necessary for the stock Ford engine (which comes with 300 horsepower from the factory) to be able to withstand the additional power generated from the newest iteration of the legendary ROUSHcharger supercharger system. Additional alterations include a custom aluminum upper and lower intake manifold for the high capacity air-to-water intercooler and ROUSHcharger. ROUSH installed a custom fuel rail and high-flow fuel injectors, a high-flow capacity fuel system, as well as a dual electronic throttle body. The new ROUSH P-51A engine has a preliminary rating of at least 510 horsepower and 510 lb.-ft. torque. It is anticipated that final figures may even be slightly higher than this when final testing and calibration is approved by the ROUSH engineering staff. The changes to the ROUSH P-51A don't end under the hood. A ROUSH aero-body kit was installed, which includes a front fascia, chin spoiler, hood scoop and rear spoiler. The ROUSH black high-flow grill is added along with cooling side shields to give the car the aggressive look it needs while stalking the streets. Internally the car comes with ROUSH sport leather seating and custom floor mats, both with an embroidered P-51A emblem. The white face gauges and billet aluminum pedals get a lot of use as the driver bangs through the gears w/ the ROUSH short throw shift lever and retro black ball. For those who look behind the 18" ROUSH forged five-spoke wheels will see the vaunted Stage 3 suspension underneath this vehicle. Designed to handle even the tightest twists and turns, this suspension includes specially-engineered and tuned front struts, rear shocks, front and rear springs, front and rear sway bars and jounce bumpers. The front brakes are also upgraded with 14-inch front two-piece rotors and four-piston calipers. Each component was specifically engineered so that ride comfort was not compromised at the expense of the tremendous gains in performance. Brand new headlight covers & rear window louvers. Tires near new condition. 10-hole rims are near perfect condition with zero road rash. Have original T-Top storing cases and locks/keys. Interior: 7 out of 10. Some fading on the drivers/passengers seats side bolsters. Absolutely no tears. Brand new dash pad and center console pad. Carpet in good condition. Motor: Runs great with zero issues. Transmission/Clutch--shifts smooth as butter. New rear main seal replaced. Absolutely no leaks. Recently changed the oil. Just passed local emissions and safety.
