This 1967 Ford Mustang Fastback has been tastefully converted into a Resto Mod capable of turning heads at every corner. With the timeless first-generation Mustang Fastback as a starting point, this car received new parts and underwent more than 2,000 man hours to build into its current form. The attention to detail on this project was meticulous and the car now shows just as well on its underside as its exterior. The modified Ford small-block engine cranks out a very respectable 620 HP, more than enough to put the spurs to this little pony and get it to scoot down the road. This tailored rendition of Dearborn's evergreen small-block features Brodix aluminum cylinder heads as well as custom headers and a stainless-steel exhaust system. Power is transferred through a 5-speed transmission while the FAB9 rear end puts it to the ground and a full Chris Alston coilover suspension helps keep all four corners balanced on the tarmac. An aluminum Be Cool radiator heads up the cooling system, while power steering and 4-wheel Willwood brakes aid maneuverability. The well-executed interior parallels the quality of the engine bay and drivetrain. The custom leather seats coddle its occupants as a Vintage Air system helps keep things cool. Additional interior extras include Velocity white-faced gauges, a billet tilt steering column with leather-wrapped billet steering wheel and a modern CD player. The exterior features subtle tweaks and additions to make this ride stand apart from the crowd. The bodywork exhibits smooth lines with a “Mustangs to Fear Eleanor” body kit blended into custom rocker panels. The flush-mounted windshield and rear windows create an understated but nice touch you won't see on any other Mustangs. The side-vent windows have been removed to make way for upgraded one-piece side windows. The large aftermarket wheels, wrapped in sticky BFGoodrich performance rubber, fill the wheel wells, and visually work very nicely with the dropped ride height. This car has won numerous "Best of Show" awards including Top 25 at the prestigious Frankenmuth Auto Fest. This vehicle was constructed from brand new Dynacorn sheet metal and is titled as an assembled vehicle. All parts for this build were brand new, no expense spared. I will deliver this vehicle to the winning bidder at no cost within 1000 miles, anything over will have to be pre arranged. The vehicle is located 5 miles from a decent sized airport if you would like to fly in and inspect the vehicle. In 1979, the previous owner, bought this car from her sister as her first vehicle at 16 years old and brought it to Michigan. This car was built 05-12-1970, Q code paint- Medium Blue Metallic, BA interior- Black interior, A axle code- 3.50 open, 5 Trans code- 4 speed wide ratio. The car came with rear deck spoiler, sport slats, am/fm radio & Tachometer. Now the car looks like this.... nasty, beat up & rusty.... needing a new owner to love it & bring it back to her glory. The good: Car is a "G" code, retains the original Tach & instrument panel, the engine bay & most of the structure is solid. All original glass is good, doors open and close. The bad: This Car is missing the drivetrain (engine & transmission), missing the seats, The car is rusty... needs pretty much everything (floors, doors, quarters, wheelhouses, trunk drops, Deck lid, frame repair in a couple of spots).
