This auction is for a 2006 Torch Red Mustang with ~78,000 miles on it. Garage kept with premium fuel and synthetic oil always used. I just changed the oil 2 weeks ago and there is 7mm (12,000 more miles or so) on the break pads so you're good to go through the winter. 1965 Ford Mustang Fastback. 289 Engine. 8 Cylinder. Automatic transmission. Car has factory air. Registered at 140. All lights work. All glass is good.Windshield wipers work good. Solid car, floor pans are good. Rebuilt carburetor. New gas tank and new front fenders. Have rocker panel chrome, have bows for headliner, and have new black carpet for it. All around nice car. Great for someone to finish restoring. Runs and drives good. He drives it up and down the road often. The body work/paint has places in it that will need some work. I took pictures to try to show detail. You can customize or do what ever you want with this car. It is a great project to finish. I am listing this for my uncle. I will work with him to answer any questions to the best of our ability. You are buying this car AS-IS. Everything is as pictured and listed. This is very nicely restored '65 Mustang Coupe. The outside color is Poppy Red with black Pony Interior. The interior work is some of the best I've seen and I've seen hundreds of restored Mustangs. During restoration an after market air conditioner was added with new refrigerant (blows nice and cold), plus a handy center console with armrest. The car is powered by a completely rebuilt 289 bored .30 over and upgraded to a 4 barrel tied to rebuilt C4 automatic tranny. Plenty of power to chirp the radial white letter tires. The trunk is finished with the original style checkered mat and spare tire cover. Jack and lug wrench is still there as well as original owners manual. Paint is base coat/clear coat that shines with the best with just applications of show wax. Car was sold new in Kentucky, restored in Kentucky and is still in Ky.
