Their mechanics do comprehensive check ups and they'll give you a copy to see the notes etc. Even though their reviews were already so glowing, and their reputation of integrity was so loud, I needed to have an outside mechanic check the van before dropping $15,000. They had no problem with that, as long as you bring the van back the same day. The mechanic I found, also in Palo Alto, gave the car a totally clean bill of health. He pointed out one small cosmetic detail that did not affect the vehicle's performance at all, almost as if he wanted me to feel I was getting my money's worth.
