3rd time listing. I had an eBay user from Minnesota who used "buy it now" and then refused to even work out terms and/or payment. He used buy it now and received a note from me only 2 hours later. He then waited 2 days to contact me saying he was travelling (then, it was only after I sent multiple emails and a 'final notice'). His response was that he'd be here during the weekend. 2 days later after multiple emails from me trying to setup a time/date and to help him, he responded again with "oh gee, I've been so busy and I'm moving now, sorry". This was followed by "I'll be there Monday" but I might have problems with the air fare or the bus ticket or Amtrack ticket" He couldn't ever provide an itinerary, a confirmed reservation and wanted me to pick him up at the airport ... the list goes on and on.
