I have a 2004 Ford F150 heritage for sale with the Super cab and RWD. It has an extended cab, 4.6L V8, automatic, hitch, spray in bedliner, and runs good. Air conditioning is ice cold, and tires are in good shape. It has 180K miles and I drive it all the time. It has some rust at the bottom of the truck bed, and a dent in the hood. It's a great work truck, with seating for 6 people. Previously owned by University of Michigan.

Here's a sweet old pickup that you can use every day, or on the weekends. Reluctantly selling, I have a need for a tractor more than this truck. I am the 2nd owner of this original paint West Coast vehicle, with the original senior owner living in Oregon, where this truck was trailered in from. This XL had about 68 thousand miles on it when I purchased it. It now has almost 73K. I was astonished at the condition of this Ford when I bought it. Living in Michigan, there's not many vehicles of this age running around in close to this condition. This truck has an old 2 tone look that was very popular in the late 70s, early eighties. I wasn't sure if I wanted this look when I first came across this pickup, but after owning it, I've grown to love the look and originality. I get compliments on it everywhere I go, and people remember having one like it. You just don't see them in the Rust Belt like this anymore, and they used to be everywhere. I've used this vehicle as a summer-only truck, and have properly stored it every winter. It has never seen salt or any corrosives on the body. As you can see by the pics, the body and chassis are exceptional. The only issues with the body are 2 small dings, and minor paint abrasions on the bed and tailgate where the cap had been installed. There were also six 1/4" holes drilled in the top of the bed rails to secure the aluminum cap. I saw a picture of it with the cap... I wish I had a chance to buy it with it on, but it had been discarded when I purchased the truck due to it making the pickup look "dated". It was cool, because it was the old white aluminum with 2 toned color matched panels. Oh well... that also explains the excellent condition of the bed. There was a piece of plywood fit to the bed, which prevented any real damage to the main surface. As to the current condition: This truck drives as good as my 2008, and is a pleasure to run around town in. We take it to Home Depot for mulch, and around on weekends to garage sales. My improvements have made this a turn-key vehicle, reliable as a rock. I would not hesitate to drive this to California, and the purchaser could road-trip this truck home if they had a mind to. It drives easily on the express-way and will cruise all day. I usually drive it at 65 on the E-way, but I've had it over 80 with no problem. The transmission only a 3-speed and not as highway friendly as our new multi-speed transmission vehicles. Mechanical Condition: Rebuilt the 1 Bbl carburetor. The truck starts very good. If it has sat 2 weeks, I can get it going in about three, 3 second cranks. If it sits overnight it will start in 1 crank, as it will when hot. It starts almost as if it has fuel-injection, which really surprised me being a long manifold straight six.(Just started it after sitting 1 week... started 1st crank in a few seconds.) New cap, rotor, and wires. Oil change and air filter. Coolant checked and topped off. Many of these trucks don't have the top to the coolant/washer fluid chamber, as this one does. Overflow works properly. Tires are about 2 years old with a few thousand miles. Brakes are excellent, stop straight and true, and look to have been recently replaced before my purchase. The master cylinder and booster may have been replaced, or just have that light rust patina, I'm not sure. All I know is the brakes are excellent. Even the parking brake works like new. Front end aligned with new Twin-I Beam Caster/Camber adjusters. Done just before tires. Drives straight and true down the road. No wobbles, shakes, pulling or drifting. Water pump replaced last year, as were the lower radiator hose, and all fan belts. Spare is excellent. I ran across an immaculate front bumper. Was a little better than what was there, so I put it on. Does not burn oil, leak, or smoke. Muffler and intermediate pipe are new. As far as the exhaust, it has a slight manifold leak at startup. It is not real loud, and quiets down within moments. I have not chased this down, as it has performed the same over the years, and gets whisper quiet within minutes. A/C is inop. I did not try to charge it with R-12. I wish I did, it probably still works, The belt is still on the compressor. I have been delighted with the ventilation in this truck. I don't have vent windows or a sliding back window in my new truck. You can tailor the ventilation to any condition or temperature with the rear slider and other windows, and be very comfortable. Cruise Control works, and is a delight on the E-way. Oil just changed on 10/12/14 for a fresh drive-away. All dash lights, gauges, AM/FM Stereo Cassette radio, wipers, washers, Hi-Beams, etc. function. Ashtray looks like it was never used. Cloth seat in very good shape, looks like Grandma's couch. Folds forward for rear storage. Seat belts fully functional. By the way, the dash is excellent with no cracks. Even along the speaker perforations, which are the 1st to split. Minor wear on the armrest of the drivers door which you can see. Also minor wear on the wood graining of the steering wheel. This truck has 2 gas tanks. There is a problem with getting fuel from the auxiliary tank. Doesn't seem to want to flow. I can hear the valve clunk as I move the selector located on the heating/cooling panel. Not sure what the problem is. I just fill the forward tank, which I think is 19 gallons. Glass is all in great shape. Transmission, rear end both sound and perform as new. I think that's about it. Ask any questions. I'm sure I may have missed something, and will post new info. Paypal deposit of $500 required within 24 hours of listing end. " Full payment required within 7 days of auction close. Wire transfer preferred, cash is fine." Paypal fees to be covered by buyer if used for remainder of cost. If you do not understand or agree with the listing terms of sale, or do not wish to make a deposit transaction, then, by all means, refrain from bidding on this vehicle. I reserve the right to cancel this auction at any time, as this vehicle may be for sale locally. The vehicle is garaged in SE Michigan, about 50 miles from Detroit, or Metro Airport. Located near Hartland, Mi 48353. You will have to research your own shipping fees and rates, I'm sorry, I can't provide that info. Can drive vehicle locally to meet car hauler, or drive on trailer here. Thanks for looking.Check out my other listings! 3rd time listing. I had an eBay user from Minnesota who used "buy it now" and then refused to even work out terms and/or payment. He used buy it now and received a note from me only 2 hours later. He then waited 2 days to contact me saying he was travelling (then, it was only after I sent multiple emails and a 'final notice'). His response was that he'd be here during the weekend. 2 days later after multiple emails from me trying to setup a time/date and to help him, he responded again with "oh gee, I've been so busy and I'm moving now, sorry". This was followed by "I'll be there Monday" but I might have problems with the air fare or the bus ticket or Amtrack ticket" He couldn't ever provide an itinerary, a confirmed reservation and wanted me to pick him up at the airport ... the list goes on and on. In any case: Here is listing #3 ---------------------------------------------------------------- This truck runs and drives excellent, starts every time, runs like new and with good brakes, I'd drive it anywhere in the U.S. with no fear of a breakdown. Check out CARFAX on this truck: 44,000 original miles. FAIR WARNING: NEEDS BRAKES (Rotors and pads -- they're grinding)I'm located in Farmington Hills, Michigan. You're welcome to come see the truck at any time during the auction but be aware, this truck is listed on Craigslist, locally on multiple boards and sites, and here on eBay. I will pull this and/or stop the auction if the truck sells locally. I do have 3 local buyers coming to look tonight (Saturday) and tomorrow afternoon (Sunday). If you're interested in seeing the truck, contact me and we can schedule a time/location for you to view. The first person to show up with the money in hand gets the truck. If you use buy it now, the transaction isn't complete until you show up with the money for the truck. You must pick this vehicle up within 3 days of the auction end or have your pre-arranged shipper pick it up.I RESERVE THE ABSOLUTE RIGHT TO CANCEL THIS AT ANY TIME BEFORE YOU HAVE THE CLEAR TITLE IN YOUR HAND!Payment Terms:PAY BY CASH IN PERSON ONLY. Unfortunately, paypal will not allow payments greater than $2000 or this would be a paypal only auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle. Buyer is responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees and insurance n the state that the vehicle will be registered. ---------------------------------------------------------------- Vehicle Information:2002 FORD F150VIN: 1FTRF172X2NA77323PICKUP4.2L V6 FI SOHCREAR WHEEL DRIVEStandard Equipment | Safety OptionsNo accident / damage reported to CARFAX2 Previous ownersAt least 1 open recall2 Service records available42,225Last reported odometer reading$10 Above retail book value Ownership HistoryThe number of owners is estimated Owner 1 Owner 2Year purchased2002 2014 Type of ownerCommercialPersonalEstimated length of ownership11 yrs. 9 mo. 6 months Owned in the following states/provincesPennsylvania Michigan Estimated miles driven per year3,004/yr --- Last reported odometer reading35,593 42,225 Glossary Detailed HistoryOwner 1Purchased:2002Type:CommercialWhere:PennsylvaniaEst. miles/year:3,004/yrEst. length owned:1/10/02 -10/21/13(11 yrs. 9 mo.)Low mileage! This owner drove less than the industry average of 15,000 miles per year.Date:Mileage:Source:Comments:12/13/2001 NICB Vehicle manufactured and shipped to original dealer01/10/2002 3 Pennsylvania Motor Vehicle Dept.
