2004 Ford E-150 Series Cargo Van with salvage title. Van runs and drives. Has a white smoke at start up. When driving up hill van hesitates a little. Van wont pass NC inspection because of 2 error codes that has something to do with a hose. May be an easy fix. $500 deposit due up front after wining bid. Selling van as is with no refunds.
