I have a nice 1964 Ford Falcon Futura for sale. I bought this car from an older couple in Virginia. I have had it for several weeks. I've had someone paint it and it looks really nice. I have gave it a tune up. Had the brakes all checked and they are good. New ball joints and bearings. the engine is a 200 V-6. Does have duel exhaust and sounds like a 8 cylinder. Has around 125,000 miles on it. Runs and drives good. Its a automatic 3 speed. The engine is not original it was put in sometime in the 70's. I am the 3rd owner. Everything else on the car is original. The radio isn't original and doesn't work. I may see if I can get it working. Of course no power steering. The inside is in great condition. Carpet and seats are great. Heat and air work ok. This car is a head turner everytime I drive it. I get stopped every time I go out too with someone wanting to see it or ask me questions about it. The reason I am selling it is I am more a truck person. I'm looking for a 60's or 70's truck. Any questions please ask away. I know I probably have left something out. As I said I have had it several weeks and I am waiting on the title to come. I have all paper work showing I have applied to get it. The last vehicle I sold I didn't have the title yet and he bought it no problems and I mailed it to him when I got it. Sold it on ebay and he gave me great feedback. Same thing older Ford truck had to get the vin number matched up. When you buy an older vehicle out of state you to take it to make sure all the vin numbers match up. Just wanted to let everyone know that. This car is for sale locally. Seller has the right to end this auction if it sells locally. Please ask any questions and feel free to call or text me at 704-929-6006. Thank you. On Dec-30-16 at 14:17:44 PST, seller added the following information: I took some more pictures. Just added 4 more. Also, I drive this car to work every day. About 20 min each way. Does great. Have also took it on a 3 hr trip and it did great. Just found out the heater core is leaking a little so I am going to replace it. It is the original heater core. On Jan-01-17 at 14:59:23 PST, seller added the following information: The body is very solid and straight. No dents. The chrome is in excellent shape. This vehicle is in great shape considering how old it is. Like I said before I have the number to call and ID number to verify the title and where it is in the process. You will not be disappointed at all in this car. If your local feel free to come look at it.

This 1963 Ford Falcon Futura is on the ultimate go-fast diet, that includes huge weight savings and a powerful V8, to create the coolest intimidation on wheels you'll ever see. There is no mistaking the cool factor of this Falcon. We don't have to tell you how great the panels are because you can see for yourself. The bare metal was machine sanded for an even pattern, then given a clearcoat to protect the unique shine. In an interesting twist, the extra brightwork that came on the top-of-the-line Futura has been changed to black. So now the body is the brightwork, and places like the grille, tail lamp surrounds, and side accents that were once chrome now standout in their matte finishes. This trim also matches the power coated 17-inch alloy wheels from Vintage Wheel Works. But this coupe is not a complete festival of monotone. All the badging stands out nicely in its wild shade of blue. Take one look inside, and you'll instantly confirm your suspicions that this is a purpose-built speed machine. All the tuck and roll of a Falcon Futura has been replaced with Mad Max-style metallic function. The heavy non-essentials have been stripped away such as the back seat, center console, paneling, and even carpeting. In its place are custom machined aluminum panels that are a constant reminder of this coupe's killer attitude. You might think that the black on the dash and upper door panels are the last reminisce of the car's original color, but this actually started life as a Mint Green and Turquoise cruiser. So, that stretch of black inside is just another sign of a thoughtful custom build. This matches the surprisingly comfortable leather racing bucket seats, which have five-point racing belts. The driver also gets a grippy Grant sports wheel for the power steering, and beyond that is a full set of gauges. All the chrome might make you think these readouts are 1960s stock, but it's actually a custom AutoMeter setup that has a lot more essential information about what's going on under the hood. The V8 in the engine bay is like nothing you've ever seen before in a Falcon. The 351 Windsor motor has been stroked to displace a healthy 418 cubic-inches. Of course, the performance upgrades don't stop there. This motor was built with a forged crank, H-beam connecting rods, forged pistons, and aluminum heads by Dart Machinery. It's topped with an Edelbrock Air-Gap intake, performance carburetor, and Spectre Performance cold air kit. Everything exits through custom performance headers mated to seriously mean dual exhaust. All of this is backed up by racing components such as an aluminum radiator w/3000 CFM electric fan, Moroso electronic water pump, Powermaster alternator, and MSD ignition. This makes some serious power, so it's no surprise that it carries the Mustang-rated Tremec TKO500 five-speed manual transmission. From there the power is sent to a weight-saving custom aluminum driveshaft, and then to the limited slip rear end running a 3.73 ratio. If all of this did not have you drooling already, the suspension is a fully adjustable coilover setup with subframe connectors. There's even disc brakes at all four wheels! This is a true performance build that has so much custom work there's just too much to mention in this space. But if you contact us, we'll not only tell you about the upgrades, but also go through all the restoration records, title documentation, maintenance records, and even title docs. This is the coolest custom powerful pro touring car you're going to see. Don't let it slip through your fingers. For those who desired V8 power and style with their lightweight cars, there was the 1963 Ford Falcon Furtura Sprint. The Ford Falcon has really come into its own in the classic car market. No longer just the car that fathered the Mustang, the sensible style has matured into an instantly recognizable flair. This is especially seen on the top of the line Furura trim with Sprint convertible package. Its premium status means this Falcon is dressed up with plenty of jewelry, ranging from the arrow-shaped side trim, to the neat little "bombsight" fender ornaments up front. Even the wire wheels are correct. It all looks great on a super-straight body that is in its factory-correct shade of Corinthian White. Best of all, aside from it being a convertible, this Falcon was originally ordered for Ford's #22 Charlotte sales region, which means it likely spent most of its 52 year right near out showroom! While the exterior has a subtle classy appearance, it also means the red interior really stands out and turns heads. The ribbed seat covers look fresh and flank a correct center console with bright lid. Gorgeous door panels recall just a touch of the 1950s with their shiny materials and lots of polished trim. The familiar instrument panel is in excellent condition, and yes, that center-mounted tachometer was part of the factory package on this premium droptop. It's also a welcomed addition because this is a true driver's car, with the optional floor-mounted four-speed manual transmission. This one even comes with a factory power top, which is true rarity in this class. Stuffing a 260 cubic inch V8 in a lightweight car works really well... just ask Carroll Shelby. In this Falcon, it makes for entertaining acceleration around town, and it's a lot of fun to play with thanks to its optional four-speed manual transmission. That V8 nestled between the shock towers just seems to be a cool reminder of the Mustang linage. As a bonus, this one is a Furtura Sprint, and the motor has not been over dressed, so you can show it off with a survivor-like level of pride. In fact, this beauty even shows signs that it's the original motor. The dual exhaust system sounds muscular without being obnoxious, making this Falcon more of a sleeper than any Mustang could ever muster. This Falcon Sprint is both honest and amazing two qualities that make it the darling of any car show. It has all the right features to be seriously fun on the road, and all the great chrome to be the new crown jewel of your driveway. If I was to keep, I would invest a couple grand on this 66'. This is what i'd do, I'd get a full exterior Silver paint job $500+, either polished aftermarket 14" 5 stars $525.00 or 14"chrome rim rings $30.00 to match new tires and a sweet 289 or 302 engine $1000+ and finally I would put new shocks $150 all the way around on this 66'. This 2 door Falcon be perfect to take to shows or just cruise around town! $2100-$2600+ investment for a 7-8k car in the end. Next year is this 1966's 50th Anniversary. 1966 Ford Falcon with 49,175 original miles on the odometer. Runs nicely, doesn't smoke just needs to warm up and you're ready to go. The car is fully functional except for the windshield washer pump and horn. 200 Inline six engine with an automatic C4 transmission. The dash has a crack in it near the defroster but the rest of the interior is good and looks every bit as good as it does in the photo's in person. Previous owners had seat covers in place that did a great job of protection. Headliner is great. New tires and battery. The trunk is solid and has the original plaid mat that's in excellent shape, original spare tire and jack also included. Floor pans up front have been replaced and a previous owner sanded the door to do some body work. Passenger door window rolls down hard. Thank you 8xx28-423-1071 , no text messages please. The compact body of this Falcon has been sprayed in a soft white finish. It's a simple color for a simple car that doesn't claim to be anything it's not. Walking around this car you realize that it's an older restoration, that's the appeal of this car's modest character. What it lacks in perfection, it more than makes up for in personality. It has all of the bits we love about classic cars: chrome, fun styling, badges that aren't made of plastic, and pressed sheet metal that reminds us of a time when cars were built to be tough. When it's all said and done, that sheet metal remains straight and the doors shut with confidence with fairly even gaps. A light blue, vinyl interior complements the white exterior well. The front buckets appear to be from a later model, they're comfortable and offer plenty of adjustment. All of the trim appears to be present, giving the cabin an upscale feel, and the vinyl on the seats and door panels appear decent. A center console provides ample storage space between the bucket seats, while a Hurst shifter with cue ball knob is within easy reach for the driver and fun to drive. The dash retains the nostalgic charm with the original AM radio still residing in the center. The only addition comes from an oil pressure gauge that has been mounted under the blue dash. And capping off the appeal of this cockpit is the handsome, wood-trimmed 3-spoke steering wheel that is always a welcome sight. There may not be any V8 power coming from under the hood, but you can't deny the fun factor the perky inline 6 provides. Believed to be a C6DE 200 cubic inch motor, the little engine fires to life with a rumble that is comparable to a V8. It creates a distinct growl and is certainly rev happy. Power travels to a 4-speed manual that shifts with ease, and when you're taking this out on the town you're going to have a blast rowing through the gears with the cool sound coming from the dual exhaust. It appears typical items have been replaced or addressed as needed. Fortunately, parts are cheap and easy to replace on this classic so it's the perfect candidate for the enthusiast who likes maintaining their own vehicles. This 1961 Ford Falcon is a great buy for the person who wants a classic as their daily driver, an entry level enthusiast who wants an affordable car to get in the hobby with, or someone looking to start with a solid shell and create something from their own vision. It's almost like an American icon. It's efficient, affordable fun with endless possibilities. No, this is a stunning final production of a Holman & Moody prepared 1960 Ford Falcon just like the one called "The North Carolina Falcon" that appeared in the March 1960 issue of "Hot Rod" magazine. It's heavily documented and comes with certificates of authenticity signed by Lee Holman himself and every component that went into the build came from the Holman & Moody shop just like it was built in 1960. There was a lot of excitement in the early '60s regarding the new lightweight compacts coming from Ford, GM, and Chrysler. Less weight was the same as more power, so Holman & Moody decided to see what the stout little Falcon could do with a full performance makeover. The builder, once building the originals at HM, searched the country for the straightest, cleanest 1960 Falcon 2-door sedan he could find to build this tribute, approved by Lee Holman, and it's worth noting that this particular Falcon does indeed wear all its factory-issued sheetmetal. It received a full unibody-off restoration that included correct Corinthian White paint and a full set of reproduction decals which are not available to anyone else, so this car is impossible to duplicate. Chrome, stainless, and other trim bits are just as they were when the car was new, crating the most authentic car possible. The basic "Competition Prepared" interior is a no-nonsense performance environment that's still civilized enough for the street. Factory bench seats provide the low-cost part of the equation and also save some weight. Simple floor coverings enhance function and while the original Falcon gauge cluster was restored, it was also treated to a replica center consolette with auxiliary gauges, just like in 1960. That's a 4-speed manual shifter that slices through the gears as well here as it does in any Mustang, and the big white steering wheel is a nice touch. The door panels are rather ornate for a low-cost Falcon but they look fantastic, and the trunk is fully equipped with correct reproduction mats and a full-sized spare. But the real story is in the engine department. Ford's silky smooth and very durable 7-main-bearing 200 cubic inch inline six was given the full Holman & Moody treatment, which includes upgrades like triple Holley carbs, upgraded camshaft and valvetrain designed for 6000 RPM blasts, and milling and porting the head for more compression and better breathing. The result is a six-cylinder screamer that pulls like no other Falcon you've driven. It's dressed up in period gear, including an original HM produced, finned valve cover and triple chrome air cleaners, and the concours-grade workmanship is visible everywhere you look. A chrome exhaust header feeds a straight pipe that dumps just ahead of the passenger's side rear wheel and sounds downright nasty. The Dagenham 4-speed powers a stout 8-inch rear end with 3.50 gears inside, all the better to get that little six up and spinning. Special traction bars, boxed A-arms, a beefy front sway bar, and subframe connectors solidify the Falcon's suspension for rally work. Standard 14-inch steel wheels are fitted and carry 195/70/14 radials that are just the right size for the compact Falcon. Heavily documented with lots of Holman & Moody paperwork, a correct H&M door tag, bill of sale, and other authentication, as well as that original "Hot Rod" magazine, this extremely impressive Falcon carries a lot of high-performance history at a very reasonable price.
