I am selling my car because it costs too much for me to currently fix completely, I just put 860.00 in to it and now it needs another 1800. I just replaced the trans last year, just this month I did the front axle, the tie rods and the drivers side tire. It runs fine the repairs it needs is mostly cosmetic. 4x4 5.9L V8 Dodge Durango for sale. I bought this used from a dealer and have had nothing but great luck with it, always reliable! Great family vehicle, plenty of room with the 3rd row seat! Interior is in great condition, all of the power options work like new. C/D and cassette player work and speakers have great sound. 3rd row seat folds down flat for a lot of storage/hauling space.Exterior is in really good shape, some minor scratches and one small rust spot on the back hatch, (see pics for detail). New tires have less than 1500 miles on them, great traction in any weather condition. Has trailer tow set up and wiring works. A/C works but must have a small leak because I have to charge the system occasionally, but other than that everything works top notch! I will except form of payment through deposit through PayPal and Cashier's Check or cash upon finalizing the sale. 2004 dodge durango with a 4.7L engine that was just replaced a little over 1 year ago with 30,000 less then what is on the car itself (122,000 on engine) GOOD--Tires in decent shape catalytic converter was just replaced front driver hub bearing was replaced new rotors and breaks all the way around the car 2 of the 4 oxygen sensors were replaced new valve cover gaskets new oil pan gasket new water pump installed new side steps put on both sides new serpentine belt BAD--Has check engine light on due to a oxygen sensor that went bad--i replaced 2 already it has 4 was told by mechanic that it drips oil from the rear main seal-in between the trans and motor(we check oil every week and add very little if any)(this is a every day driver) heat works but only blows threw the vents facing you and wont blow out threw the defrost area(i dont know what the problem is) no air but can be refilled(we never refilled it after we had the engine replaced) makes a squeaking noise in front(i believe it may be a strut) i dont know if the 4X4 works as i dont drive this my wife does and she has never used it THIS SUV IS BEING SOLD AS IS,,, i urge you to make appointment and come by to look at it before buying it or making a offer $300 is due threw PP and the rest will be due in cash when you come get the durango--my wife sometimes drives this on a 3-4 hr trip to chicago without using any oil (suv is drivable)

I BOUGHT THIS CAR FOR MY WIFE IN 2000. WE WERE LIVING IN LIBERTYVILLE IL. MY WIFE WORKED IN CHICAGO AND MOST MILES WERE HIGHWAY MILES. LATER WE MOVED TO LEE, IL AND THAT WAS A 200 MILE ROUND TRIP. MY WIFE DIED AND I SOLD THE HOUSE IN LEE AND I ONLY KEPT THIS BURANGO FOR WINTER DRIVING. LAST FALL I COMPLETELY REDID THE FRONTEND. NEW UPPER AND LOWER BALL JOINTS, TIE-RODS AND SHOCKS. I ALSI DID BOTH HUB-BEARINGS AND STEERING U-JOINTS. i REALY LOVE THIS CAR, BECAUSE I HAVE BAD KNEES AND THE CAR IS EASY FOR ME TO GET IN AND OUT. I WAS GOING TO USE IT OVER THE SUMMER AND I INSTALLED A NEW CONDENSER AND A/C COMPRESSOR. IT HAS ICE-COLD AIR NOW. i HAVE TOO MANY CARS AND AFTER MY WIFE DIED I SOLD MY HOUSE IN LEE AND NOW I AM RUNNING OUT OF ROOM IN MY CHICAGO SHOP.
