The engine is fresh and has not been used on the track since its rebuild a couple of years ago. If you want a dual purpose, 600+-hp (800+-hp with nitrous) Dodge screamer, this Swinger is for you. An Awesome Dodge Swinger Paint and Chrome This Swinger was painted in Inaugural 2008 Dodger Challenger Orange. The hood and “Bee” stripe on the rear were painted to look just like carbon fiber. Together they make a strong statement that this car was meant for speed. The chrome and stainless are all in very good condition And the engine compartment is nicely detailed. Interior The front seats are designed for racing support and both have competition seat belts. The black vinyl upholstery is in excellent condition and the headliner is also in very good condition. Engine This is a true “H” code Swinger 340 which has a replacement 340 engine that has been bored to 416 cubic inches. It was rebuilt with a Roller cam, lifters and rocker arms, with aluminum heads. The engine—without the nitrous—generates about 600 hp and about 800 hp with nitrous. The car has not been at the track since its most recent engine rebuild, limiting its engine mileage to street driving. Transmission and Rear End This Swinger has its original 833 4-speed transmission with a Verta-gate shifter. The rear is completely narrowed and built with a Moser spool and axles. The rear gear is a 430 Richmond. Tires, Brakes, Safety and Monitoring Systems Equipped with Hoosier 33x18.5 rear tires that are DOT approved, they deliver the power to the pavement for maximum traction. The brakes are a Wilwood 4-wheel disc package designed to bring you to a safe and steady stop. The car has a Halon fire extinguishing system as well. All of the gauges are new. A Ton of Fun on the Street or at the Track Whether you are turning sub-10 second quarters or going to a cruise-in, this Orange Swinger is so much fun it should be illegal!
