Asking price is $1500 OBO. The vehicle is in good shape overall. It has great gas mileage and handles well on the freeway. Plenty of room in the back seat and trunk. The exterior paint is chipping a bit from sun wear and a couple of the hub caps are missing. The cassette player has been replaced with a Kenwood CD player/radio with a USB port and remote. This vehicle has had many parts replaced in the last few years (see below), but is being sold as a project car. There's been an ongoing issue where the vehicle will suddenly shut off, requiring the vehicle to be started back up. The lights and CD player remain on, but I lose the ability to drive the vehicle. After multiple attempts to start it back up, it then runs again as if it never had an issue. There's no pattern to when it shuts off, and can occur days to months apart. The vehicle sometimes starts on the initial start up, and sometimes it doesn't. It is all random. Because of the work that's been done on it by multiple mechanics recently (see below), and that none of them can resolve this issue, I've decided to give up on trying to repair it and sell it AS IS to someone willing to try and keep it running. It's believed that this issue is an electrical or computer issue, but it's not certain. This is a real nice car, with all options, trunk release 6way power seat, am-fm cassette, interior is really nice with driver seat showing some wear back seat almost like new all white leather. 64,900 actual miles. It was painted 20 plus years ago and shows in some area's. Illness force's me to sell we are in are 70's and have kept it in the garage. It also has a car cover from Cal custom. We had a new transmission installed approx. 600 miles ago with Aamco trans. We installed a new radiator, water pump, had the carb. rebuilt. I had my mechanic go thru the Cadillac go thru the car from one end to the other before this problem with my wife's eyes came up. Now I need to sell it because medicare will not cover all the medical expenses. I took all the picture they would allow on ebay. The under carriage is in excellent condition as you can see as there is no rust. The floor pans the frame is strait never any damage. This is a very nice car. Under the dash mat is like new. The right rear fender well has a little rust showing but not serious the pictures show everything.
