The previous owner bought it through an estate and performed a lengthy list of procedures. To begin, the car has been frame-off restored to factory specs and the drivetrain is completely numbers matching, with the original motor being upgraded with roller rocker arms. The previous owner had the restoration professionally done through a local shop that specializes in Corvettes. During their re-assembly the car was stripped to bare metal and re-painted. A new battery, new spark plugs, wires, belts, and hoses have been added, and all the fluids have been replaced. In addition, the entire disc brake system has been completely re-done, adding new lines and hoses throughout.
