This is an exceptional example of an exotic looking AWD sports car. I purchased the car in November of 2010 and have only added 24,132 miles to the odometer. I have invested about $5000.00 in upgrades, maintenance and repairs since my purchase. The car is mechanically sound and exceptionally clean inside and out. Only 25,000 of these cars were manufactured worldwide from 1992 thru 1997. This car sold for $28,000 in 1992. The 230 horsepower boxer engine is capable of pushing this car up to 154 mph. This SVX is rust free and has been garage kept. This is a non-smoking vehicle. Great car for road trips. Very reliable - should take you anywhere. I have upgraded the stereo and the wheels. The originals will be sold with the car if you want to maintain it's originality. Feel free to ask any questions regarding this vehicle. Thanks for looking.

Here we a have a 1954 Chevrolet Corvette that was rescued from a barn in Idaho in the early 1980's.The condition of the car at that time is unclear, and a RECONSTRUCT TITLE was issued by the State of Idaho in 1985. In 1984 the car was given a newly rebuilt 235 cubic inch six cylinder engine with a block number 068004IF54X and a 3886848 cylinder head. A polished Corvette intake was added with three Carter YH carburetors and a custom throttle and choke linkage was added, as was a custom hard fuel line setup. A cast iron dual exhaust manifold and complete exhaust system was added. A rebuilt cast iron powerglide number 3742952 was installed. New brakes, a chrome driveshaft and rebuilt rearend was added. Over the next few years the car was driven about 600 miles and then put in storage. In the spring of 2015 the car was revived and is ready to go. Being is storage for so long took it's toll on the fuel system, so in June of 2015 the fuel tank, sender, filler hose and grommet were replaced. A new hard fuel line was run from the tank to the fuel pump with a marine fuel filter added on the frame. The fuel pump, and carbs were professionally rebuilt and new air cleaners added. Intake, exhaust, valve cover, side cover and water neck gaskets were replaced and engine detailed. A new 8 volt battery was installed. A new set of ignition points and a new condenser was added. The Stewart Warner gauges work well. The undercarriage is very clean and detailed with new steering parts and Monroe shocks. The carpet is new and the seats and door panels are very nice. The canvas top is in great shape with just a few minor spots. Included is a pair of very nice side curtains. The tires are new 1985 and show some dry checking, new matching spare is in the trunk. The hubcaps are very nice. The chrome overall is in very nice condition. There are some chips in the steering wheel and some chips and minor scratches in the paint. Missing is the windshield washer system and a heater control knob. A new heater core was just installed. This car runs and drives very well with good power and no squeaks or rattles. It's a real head turner with many thumbs up while driving it. This is a great opportunity to get a cool '54 without spending a fortune on a numbers matching, one of two, 10 original miles, blah ,blah, blah car that needs a full restoration. Any questions please ask. Thanks!

Selling my 86 Monte Carlo LS due to job loss, has original factory 305 engine with 262,xxx miles. Purchased it in February of 2013. Just did a Fresh oil change and oil filter. New Parts as of 1 1/2 years ago...-Battery & cable ends, -Radiator& Antifreeze, -Water Pump, -Thermostat, -Carburator base gasket, -Spark Plugs & Wires, -Exhaust Manifold Gasket, -Distributor Rotor, -Radiator, -Valve Cover Gasket, -Oil Pan Gasket,-Fuel Filter, -Transmission Oil & Filter & Gasket, Intake Manifold Gasket, -Power Steering Pump & fluid, -Heater Core, -Air Cleaner & filter. All New...Dash Cover, Headliner, Carpet, Trunk Carpet, Upper Door Panels, Outer window weather felts, Upper door seal weatherstrip, Trunk weatherstrip, 3M 20% Window tint, Flowmaster Delta 50 series, Turn signal lever. Just painted last summer a high quality 2k stage jet black urethane Barrett Jackson paint and clear coat. Paint needs to be wet sanded and buffed. The painter missed spray paint underneath both rear view side mirrors and around the front bumper where the turn lights are, shouldn't be a pain to repair. This car runs strong and handles good for a 30 year old vehicle. Just recently noticed has a small oil leak coming from the chain cover gasket and also a small leak coming from the transmission area- Im not sure where the leak is precisely coming from the as I haven't got under to look at it, I check my oil and fluids frequently to avoid damage. Tires(235/60/R15) are brand new and purchased from les schwab and I have about 500-700 miles on them. Wheels come off a 80's camaro painted a charcoal color. I have deletd the air smog, a/c, radio antenna and cruise control module as I do not use them. It is also missing the front bumper turn lights as seen on pictures. The bumpers themselves are not in great shape, the front bumper passenger side has a dent near the turn signal(I took close up picture please look.) the grill is in good shape but there is a small broken off piece on bottom drivers side of grill. I also fixed a a piece from the trunk area that was rotting(please look at picture of close up). All lights function as they should, parking lights, turn lights, etc. the horn does not work it is missing a plastic part inside the steering column. Seats need upholstered. The center console opening does work it is just sitting there with Velcro. All the trim was a burgundy color that I cleaned and painted black, I still have some trim that have not been painted but I still have them all set aside. The car does not come with speakers or the subwoofer, I purchased the car with no speakers but does come with the cd head unit. Car has been garaged since I bought In 2013.As I stated before, only selling due to job loss and while in the middle of this project... so still needs some work done but body is straight. Runs and handles good too. Car is not flawless but good looking vehicle for a 30 year old. Don't want to part with but family comes first. I reserve the right to end the ad early for local sale. Sold as is no warranty. Full payment in cash on pick up. Certified bank check must clear 7-10 days before car is removed from location. Buyer is responsible for pick up or delivery of vehicle. Clear title in hand and ready for new owner. Thanks for looking and if you have any questions or for more specific info please email me.

I sold the maroon Bonneville I had listed.. waited a bit and pulled this off. Now, just going to offer this car at a price or best offer... may sell, may not.... Thanks for looking at it!! THIS IS A VERY SPECIAL BONNEVILLE. YOU WILL NOT FIND ANOTHER ONE LIKE IT, ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD. WHEN IT WAS BRAND NEW, IT WAS RARE. IN 1967 PONTIAC MOTOR DIVISION MADE ABOUT 660,000 FULL SIZE CARS- BONNEVILLES, CATALINAS, WAGONS, 2+2'S GRAND PRIX'S. OF THE 660,000 CARS, 1054 HAD THE HO YK CODE 428. THIS IS, ONE OF THOSE CARS. I THINK THIS IS ABOUT .16 OF 1%. THE PICTURES AND VIDEOS I TAKE ARE REAL, NOT ENHANCED OR DARKENED OR LIGHTENED ETC. THEY WERE TAKEN TODAY, IN THE SHADE, AND THE SUN. THE VIDEOS DONT HAVE BIRDS CHIRPING OR SYMPHONY MUSIC PLAYING IN THE BACKGROUND, OR ANY OTHER GIMICS TO ENHANCE THE CAR. THEY ARE RAW, REAL, AND TELLING OF THE FACTS....I SUPPOSE MY WIFE COULD BE CONSIDERED AN ENHANCEMENT, DONT WANT TO SAY I HAVENT ENHACED THE VIDEO, SHE READS THIS, AND YOU KNOW THE REST OF THE STORY... I LIVE IN AGONY FOR A LIFETIME, BECAUSE SHE NEVER FORGOT HOW SHE WAS DRESSED IN RED WHITE AND BLUE FOR THE 4TH OF JULY (TODAY) AND DRIVING THE "HO BROUGHAM" AS WE CALL IT AND I DOWNPLAY HER MAKING THE CAR LOOK BETTER THAN IT IS... I WILL POST MORE PHOTOS AND THE PHS ASAP ON PHOTOBUCKET AND AD THE LINK WHEN DONE....ASSUMING ITS DOESNT SELL FAST.. I AM ASKING RETAIL AT FIRST, BUT AM OPEN TO OFFERS AND WILL SELL IT.. FOR NOW, THE VIDEOS AND 25 PICTURES EBAY "ALLOWS" IS ALL I HAVE THE ENERGY TO DO TODAY ..ITS THE 4TH OF JULY...... I WILL LIKELY PUT IT ON CRAIGS IN A FEW CITIES AS WELL... AS TIME ALLOWS...SOME FOLKS DONT DO EBAY, SOME DONT DO CRAIGSLIST... first video... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ntnOJEJgb1c&feature=youtu.be SECOND VIDEO https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fLA45cUGTs0&feature=youtu.be THIRD VIDEO https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t89vSJ6-lug&feature=youtu.be BUT WAIT, THERES MORE.....4TH VIDEO https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xku1cWkrjkk&feature=youtu.be 5TH VIDEO..WALK AROUND. I MAY AD MORE VIDEOS LATER, BUT 5 VIDEO'S SHOULD SHOW FOLKS WHAT THEY NEED TO SEE. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nohgqpJG9iM&feature=youtu.be BEYOND THE SPECIAL HO 428 ENGINE, THIS CAR IS EXTRA LOADED WITH OPTIONS. POWER WINDOWS POWER WING WINDOWS POWER DOOR LOCKS REMOTE MIRROR POWER SEAT POWER ANTENNA DISC BRAKES...SPECIAL HUB CAPS, 15 INCH WHEELS.. FIRST YEAR OFFERED ON A PONTIAC... SPORT WOOD 3 SPOKE WHEEL.. THIS IS DIFFERENT THAN A GTO WHEEL...THEY ARE BIGGER.. SEEN ONE IN A BIG CAR LATELY.. KNOCKOUT COOL, THIS IS A BIG DEAL TO ME.. A STEERING WHEEL IS THE KEY TO A FUN DRIVING EXPERIENCE, AND A WOOD THREE SPOKE PONTIAC WHEEL IN A BONNEVILLE MAKES THE EXPERIENCE OF DRIVING IT A TOUCH ABOVE FUN.... AM FM 8 TRACK STEREO WITH DUAL REAR SPEAKERS ATC AIR CONDITIONING TILT WHEEL TINTED GLASS CORNERING LIGHTS...I THINK THIS WAS A FIRST YEAR OFFERING AS WELL.. UNDER THE 428 FENDER BADGING THESE ARE THE OPTIONS I CAN THINK OF, LIKELY MORE.. THE BUILD SHEET/PHS IS AT WORK THAT SHOWS ALL OPTIONS INCLUDING THE HO YK CODED 428. THE ENGINE DOES LOOK TO EVER HAVE BEEN MESSED WITH. I THOUGHT THE AIR CLEANER WAS SOME PARTS HOUSE ADD ON. CALLED A GOOD FRIEND THAT KNOWS PONTIACS BETTER THAN THE AVERAGE NATIONAL CONVENTION JUDGE (ESEPCIALLY THE CHIEF ONE) AND HE SAID, FLIP THE LID AND TELL ME WHAT IT SAYS... SURE ENOUGH.. ITS A FACTORY AIR CLEANER. YES, IT HAS THE HO EXHAUST MANIFOLDS. TRANSMISSION SHIFTS JUST LIKE A TURBO 400 SHOULD. SMOOTH, SOLID, NO ISSUES THE ENGINE IS SUPER STRONG, NO TICKS, NO KNOCKS, ZERO SMOKE. A SLIGHT EXHAUST LEAK AND THE CARB NEEDS TO BE REBUILT, BUT IT WILL DRIVE ANYWHERE RIGHT NOW.. WITH ZERO ISSUES... FLY IN DRIVE HOME.. ALTHOUGH I WOULD BE EXTREMELY SURPRISED IF THIS CAR STAYS IN THE COUNTRY...FOR SOME REASON, FOLKS IN OTHER COUNTRIES KNOW THE VALUE OF THESE BONNEVILLES AND PAY FOR THEM... THE PAINT IS SHINY BUT HAS FLAWS IN A LOT OF PLACES, THAT MOST COULD BE RUBBED OR DETAILED OUT. I WOULD NOT REPAINT THE CAR..ITS NICE ENOUGH JUST LIKE IT IS. THE VINYL TOP IS IN THE SAME CONDITION, NICE, AND NOT NEEDING TO BE REPACED. I HAD THE CAR WASH GIVE IT AN ULTIMATE WASH AND THEY DID A NICE JOB... A DETAIL SHOP COULD LIKELY MAKE IT REALLY POP. THE BUMPERS ARE THE WORST THING ON THE CAR.. THEY BOTH NEED TO BE RECHROMED, I WONT EMBELSH THEM AND SAY THEY ARE DRIVER QUALITY.. NO, THEY NEED TO BE REDONE. THE CAR HAS ALMOST ZERO RUST.. FOR A 67, WHICH WERE PRONE TO RUST, THIS CAR IS SPECTACULAR. THE WORST SPOT, AND ONLY ONE I CAN SEE IS ON THE LIP OF THE TRUNK, IN A SMALL AREA, ABOUT 10 INCHES LONG. THIS CAN BE FIXED AND REPAIR AND WITH THE RUBBER SEAL, NOBODY WOULD EVER NOTICE IF IT WAS DONE. ITS NOT BODY AND PAINT WORK.. ITS MINOR AND NOT WORTH MESSING WITH IN MY OPINION. ONE OF THE DISC BRAKE CALIPERS WAS REBUILT BY THE MAN I BOUGHT IT FROM.. IT STOPS NICE, NO NOISES, NO ISSUES THE ENGINE RUNS EXCELLENT BUT THE CARB COULD USE A REBUILD EVENTUALLY.. NO, ITS NOT RUNNING BAD, MISSING ON A CYLINDER AND ME SAYING ITS NEEDS CARB WORK.. THE MOTOR IS SUPER STRONG, SOLID AND WILL GIVE YEARS AND YEARS OF SERVICE ...JUST LEAVE IT ALONE..DONT MESS WITH IT..DONT RE-ENGINEER IT.... ITS GREAT. NO BLOW BYE NO TICKS... NO NASTY OIL LEAKS, NO SMORE COMING UP FROM UNDER THE CAR AT INTERSECTIONS ETC.. THE REAR END DOES NOT HOWL OR MAKE ANY NOISES, AND YES.. ITS A POSI REAR END.. TAG ON THE PUMKIN... THE GLASS IS PERFECT. NO SCRATCHES, NO CHIPS, NO CRACKS, AND YES, ALL FACTORY ORIGINAL, NOT REPLACEMENT WINDSHIELD ETC. WHAT WORKS AND WHAT DOESNT. THE AC SEEMS TOTALLY FINE BUT THE HEATER CONTROL IS A BIT STICKY AND I HAVE NOT HAD IT ON.. BELT ON COMPRESSER, AND USUALLY THESE SYSTEMS ARE TOTALLY FINE, ONLY NEEDING A STV VALVE ETC.. ITS NOT A MAJOR RESTORATION PROJECT.. UNLESS YOU TAKE IT TO SOMEONE THAT LIKES TO CREATE WORK AND SELL PARTS TO FIX MINOR ISSUES... THE GAS GAUGE SEEMS IRRATIC ALL DOME LIGHTS WORK DASH LIGHTS ALL WORK RADIO WORKS NOT SURE ON 8 TRACK TILT NO ISSUES NOT SURE IF IT HAS A POWER TRUNK.. CANT GET IN GLOVE BOX..PHS BUILD SHEET AT WORK POWER SEAT WORKS IN ALL DIRECTIONS AND TILS THE PASSENGER SIDE VENT WINDOW AND REAR DRIVERS WINDOW ARE STICKY OR NEED ADJUSTMENT OR LUBE.... NOT A RESTORATION PROJECT HERE.. JUST MINOR THE DASH HAS A CRACK THE DRIVERS DOOR ARM REST VINYL NEEDS TO BE TUCKED IN OR FIXED.. AGAIN.. VERY MINOR..DONT KICK THE CAR FOR SOMETHING SILLY LIKE THIS... THE REST OF THE DOOR PANELS AND COMPONENTS ARE SUPER HEADLINER IS GREAT REAR PACKAGE TRAY IS ORIGINAL AND GOOD..NOT PERFECT..MUCH LIKE THE REST OF THE CAR.. NOT PERFECT.. BUT NOT ANOTHER ONE LIKE IT, AND PERFECT FOR USING AND ENJOYING.. PEOPLE GAWK AT THIS CAR...ITS A HEAD TURNER AND TALKING PIECE. THE CARPET IS ORIGINAL USED AND WORN, BUT AGAIN.. NO NEED TO REPLACE IT ...YOU WONT LIKE THE CAR ANY BETTER AND NOBODY CARS.. NO HOLES OR TEARS ETC... SEATS.. SEATS ARE BROUGHAM PATTERN CLOTH AND VINYL.. PRETTY NICE, BUT NOT PERFECT...AGAIN..... AGAIN.. NO NEED TO DOING ANYTHING TO THEM.. THEY LOOK NICE, THEY ARE ORIGINAL, AND GOOD ENOUGH. NO MAJOR RIPS, OR HOLES ETC. ... THEY ARE "USED" RUST... AGAIN, THIS CAR IS SOLID, NOT RUSTY OR ROTTING ANYWHERE... SUPER SOLID. FRONT END.. NO NOISES, BUSHING LOOK GOOD. DOES HAVE A VERY SLIGHT PULL TO THE RIGHT, I SUPPOSE I WOULD GET AN ALIGNMENT... NOT A FRONT END REBUILD... NOT NEEDED AT ALL. TO SUM UP THE CAR, ITS PERFECT IN MY OPINION TO ENJOY AS IT IS.... NOT A TRAILER QUEEN, NOT A JUNKER. THIS IS A KNOCKOUT CRAZY RARE CAR, THAT I WILL NEVER FIND OR OWN AGAIN...IT WONT HAPPEN.... I COULD LOOK HARDER THAN THE TV SHOWS DO THAT HUNT CARS, AND ANOTHER BONNEVILLE BROUGHAM LIKE THIS SIMPLY DOES NOT EXIST. ITS A COLLECTORS DREAM... IT CANNOT BE TRUMPED WITH ANOTHER 67...REALLY OF ANY MODEL... ITS AS GOOD OF 67 GM OR PONTIAC THAT WAS EVER MADE OR EXISTS... IM NOT BLOWING IT OUT OF PROPORTION.. THE NUMBERS AND FACTS TELL THE TRUTH... 67 WAS A GREAT YEAR, UNIQUE, LAST YEAR OF STACKED HEADLIGHTS, A PONTIAC TRADEMARK. HIGH BEAM IN THE DASH IS STILL A CHIEF. FIRST YEAR OF DISC BRAKES, CORNERING LIGHTS AND THE LAST YEAR OF THE "GOOD 428" WITH CLOSED CHAMBER HEADS AND SOME SERIOUS HORSE POWER. YOU CAN LOOK FOR YEARS AND YEARS FOR ANOTHER BONNEVILLE BROUGHAM, BUT I CAN SAY WITH A HIGH LEVEL OF CERTAINTY, YOU WILL NEVER SEE ANOTHER ONE LOADED UP WITH OPTIONS, AND DRIVETRAIN EQUIPMENT LIKE THIS... IT WILL NOT HAPPEN.. AND IF IT DOES, IT WONT BE IN THIS CONDITION, OR HAVE THE ORIGINAL HO 428.. IT WILL HAVE BEEN TAKEN OUT FOR A GTO AND A 400 2 BARREL IN ITS PLACE... SO, SOME DETAILS IF YOU WANT TO BUY THIS CAR. I LIKE TO BE PAID, I DONT WANT TO DEAL WITH STORIES OF YOUR WAITING FOR THE MONEY FROM YOUR WIFE'S DAD .. BUT HE'S IN AFRICA ON A RELIGOUS SAFARI, OR ITS IN A CD AND TIED UP TILL 2 WEEKS FROM NOW AND IT TURNS INTO A MONTH, ON AND ON.. IF YOU BUY IT, HAVE THE MONEY IN HAND RIGHT NOW....PLEASE. THE CAR CAN STAY HERE FOR SEVERAL MONTHS IF NECESSARY... NOT A PROBLEM.. I HAVE SPACE YOU CANNOT PAY FOR IT WHEN YOU GET HERE..NOPE. I WILL END THE AUCTION EARLY IF YOU OFFER ME ENOUGH MONEY, PAY A PAYPAL DEPOSIT ETC. I WILL END IT WITH A BUY IT NOW, OR END IT AND SELL IT OUTSIDE EBAY. I WILL SELL THE CAR, ITS NOT JUST UP FOR SALE TO SHOW OFF. I NEED THE MONEY OR WOULD NEVER ...NEVER EVER SELL IT. OFTEN TIMES WE SEE SOMETHING FOR SALE AND ASK WHY.. AND ITS OFTEN TIMES A SIDE STORY..TRUTH IS, MOST PEOPLE SELL THINGS BECAUSE THEY NEED MONEY.. WHICH IS THE REASON ITS HERE ON EBAY TODAY... HOW S THAT. I HAVE NOT UPSOLD IT, NOR HAVE I HIDDEN ANYTHING.... SEE MY HISTORY, SEE MY CARS.. THE ONLY ONE THAT IS NOT "GREEN" OR SOLD IS MY 68 BROUGHAM, BUT I HAVE A 500 DEPOSIT FROM A MAN OVERSEAS THAT IS WAITING ON THE BALANCE... ITS SOLD..SORT OF...... I DONT LIKE THE WAITING.. ITS ANNOYING AT A MINIMUM. AGAIN, I SELL THINGS.. SO IF YOU SEE THIS AD UP, AT THIS TIME, ITS FOR SALE, AND I WOULD BE SURPRISED IF I HAVE TO LET IT RUN TO THE END TO SELL...I COULD BE WRONG,USUALLY AM AT LEAST ONCE A DAY, I HOPE NOT IN THIS CASE.. THANKS FOR READING MY AD. THE EMOTION THAT WILL COME WITH SELLING THIS CAR IS UNKNOWN AT THIS TIME, BUT THE NEED FOR MONEY OVERPOWERS THE DESIRE TO KEEP IT. On Jul-06-15 at 08:51:59 PDT, seller added the following information: Starting price of 17k and will lower till it sells.... David Dembowski TWO OH 8 9215-561

This 4 cyl. turbo GLI makes this one sporty car and a blast to drive! It has amazing power with its extremely responsive acceleration providing you with a constantly renewed joy for driving. My favorite features have been:Turbo Engine6-speed ManualSunroofHeated Bucket SeatsNavigationSatellite RadioKeyless Entry/Push Button StartTinted WindowsThis GLI was bought just under 3 years ago, brand new, and has been serviced under warranty by VW. The 36K miles are a mix of both highway and city miles. I work in downtown Boise and use the connector to make my way to and from home. Just had the tires replaced at 33K miles and they come with a 45K mile warranty through Costco. There is normal wear and tear on the outside, and inside of the car. This is not a family car - I don't have kids - so the interior is in really great shape. The reason it's for sale is because I'm upgrading to an SUV. Aside from normal wear and tear, the car is well taken care of and still catches a few eyes driving around town. Let me know if you have questions!

There's nothing better than the sound of a big-bore V8 in the morning. That is unless you can lower the car's top at the touch of a button and enjoy it all the more, like we did in the 2007 Mercedes-Benz CLK63 AMG. The new 6.2-liter engine, designed from scratch by the powerhouse AMG division of Mercedes-Benz, features a wildly "oversquare" design; that is, the diameter of the cylinder bores (102.2mm) is larger than the stroke (94.6mm) of the pistons. In other words, you can almost distinguish each discrete explosion as the high-compression (11.3:1) engine bellows through the free-flow dual-tipped exhaust. For gearheads, it's one of those uniquely identifiable exhaust signatures that can only come from an engine of that design. The new V8 is, or will be, at the heart of several 2007 AMG-equipped offerings, and in this application, it produces 475 horsepower at 6,800 rpm, and 465 pound-feet of torque at 5,000 rpm. That represents a 30-percent and 24-percent increase over the 2006 CLK55's 5.4-liter output.Surrounding the magnificent new engine is an updated version of the CLK Cabriolet, suitably wearing new badges and bodywork, and new 18-inch wheels surrounding fade-resistant composite-construction front brakes discs. Once again, it appears that the U.S. market will not enjoy a coupe version of the CLK in AMG dress, although we drove one of those as well.Big power, big smile Our drive route comprised a healthy mix of freeway, sweeping rural highways and farm roads that showed off the engine's particularly wide-ranging abilities. Most of the time, the engine loafs around town, shifting at say, 2,000 rpm, using just about an inch or two of the throttle pedal. But that doesn't mean the car is slacking. On the contrary, even at moderate engine speeds below 4,000 rpm, the 6.2-liter V8 is more than capable of propelling the 4,100-pound car with authority. Indeed, the torque plateau begins at just over 4,000 rpm and tops at 5,000.Only when the road straightens out can a driver use all the throttle. When he does, the world goes all streaky and blurry 'round the edges as the tachometer slowly sweeps toward its rev limit just over 7,000 rpm. Speed seems to build exponentially because there are so few shifts occurring, and each gear feels like it lasts twice as long as one would expect from a seven-speed transmission. Most of that's due to the rather tall (2.65:1) final-drive ratio in the rear end, but the effect is one of limitless acceleration. Mercedes claims a 4.7-second 0-62-mph (100 km/h) time (in 2nd gear), and the shift from 3rd to 4th doesn't occur until you've surpassed 100 mph. That's some tall gearing. The car is electronically limited to a top speed of 155 mph, but doing the math reveals a real potential for just over 200 mph in 5th gear, assuming it could push that wall of air. The other byproduct is that fantastic soundtrack issuing from the tailpipes. When the conditions are right, you can actually hear spent gases rushing through the system like the great big air pump that it is.

AboutThis car is amazing. It's one of the quickest and best cornering cars I have ever driven (It has a 51/49 weight balance). Engine modifications are extensive and the audio is ear popping. Custom built in 2004. Supercharged 3.8L V6, 5-speed transmission. There are 7400 miles on the engine and driveline and 122000 overall. The EEC is modified with a QuarterHorse Realtime Emulator tuning card. Check it out at Moates.net. The card is four slot programmable, requiring a laptop with a binary editor software installed (laptop not included). I recommend BE and EEC Analyzer by EEC Analyzer.net. However are other binary editors listed by Moates. QuarterHorse features: - Datalogging of all sensor and values to the PC- True realtime emulation allows instant changes to any calibration parameter while the engine is running- User input for all engine calibration parameters Use one program for daily driving and another for racing. Also installed is an Innovate Motorsports MTX-L Digital Wide-Band Air/Fuel Guage for real-time monitoring of your Air/Fuel Ratio. It is integrated with the QuarterHorse for accurate real-time datalogging. For more details visit InnovateMotorsports.com This car is located in Boise, Idaho. Buyer is responsible for delivery. 2000 Porsche 911 - 31704 miles @ time of listing - Up for sale is my very low miles, very good condition, highly optioned 911. No particular reason for selling- the vehicle, it is in excellent condition, everything works, nothing inoperable... it's just time for a change... it is getting very few miles annually and someone needs to own it who will get it out of the garage more often than I. With that said.. the price is on the high side of "blue book" value... I have no desire to rush a sale or give it away. If your are looking for a really excellent low miles 911 that turns heads everywhere this may be the one for you. If you are just looking for a deal... this isn't the one for you. You can ask... I won't be offended... but a low offer will be a "no deal". I'd probably truly prefer to keep it...but a good home at the right price would be fine with me too. Specs: 2000 Porsche 911 Carrera with Aero Kit and Rear Spoiler (factory installed - not an aftermarket kit) 19" factory option wheels with Pirelli Porsche Spec P-Zero Asimmetrico tires on all four wheels (installed approx. 8k miles ago) Exterior is in very good condition - has a few (4-6 by my count) small rock chips on front hood and two small indentations on the passenger side front fender top and two similar indentations on the rear quarter panel drivers side. I tried to take pictures of these for display but could not get any photo angle or lighting that made them visible. These are the types of results of daily living that are hard to see unless the angle or lighting is current. Vehicle has been detailed 2x annually in the 4+ years I have owned it... my detailer has used P21S products on this vehicle. I always garage the vehicle and it is always covered in the garage. It looks really nice... the deep blue color turns heads and gets lots of comments. When people learn it's 14 years old they are very surprised. Interior is also in very good condition... this vehicle has the desire able full leather interior... I think the color is Savanna but some Porsche expert probably knows better than I. The interior overall is in very good condition... notable places of age/wear include some fading/wear (but no cracking) on the drivers side left seat bolster (see image) and on the dashboard where the is some minor shrinking of the leather dash near the defrost vents. Additionally the trim piece (faux wood grain plastic) between the dashboard panel and windshield has cracked and needs to be replaced. The small lid on the middle console storage "cubby" has one broken hinge. The wood steering wheel has some cracking on the wood portions but no separation from the steering wheel foundation. Overall pretty minor wear and tear for a 14+ year old vehicle as reflected by the mileage. I have replaced the navigation/stereo head unit with a more modern Bluetooth enabled system from Pioneer. The original head unit was retained and will be sent with the vehicle. Mechanically the vehicle has been unremarkable... other than a ton of fun to drive... in my ownership I have completed normal maintenance items. At 19,600 miles I had the intermediate shaft bearing retrofit kit that had just become available installed. Receipt proving such is included - when buying this vintage Porsche I am told you need to be sure this retrofit has been completed at the potential risk of a catastrophic (and expensive engine failure). It has been done on this vehicle... at the same time I replaced the clutch... didn't think it needed it but since it was apart it seemed like a reasonable investment. Options: Aero Kit and Rear Spoiler / 19" Premium Wheels / Full Leather Interior with Porsche Crest in Headrest of Front Buckets / Passenger Side Electric Seat / Navigation System / 6 Disc CD Changer (nav/cd dysfunctional unless original head unit reinstalled) / Cruise / Power Windows / Telescoping Steering Wheel / Stainless Carrera Body Sill Covers / Leather & Wood Steering Wheel / AC / Front Bucket Two Setting Heated Seats / Xenon Headlamps with Fluid Cleaner All above is considered accurate but no guarantee or warranty is intended or implied. Seller responsible to verify all - no warranty - used vehicle purchase as is - where is. Vehicle is located in Boise, Idaho. Seller will coordinate a pre-purchase inspection with Lyle Pearson Porsche (the local dealer) or Motorsports Northwest (the local independent Porsche repair facility) at potential purchaser's cost. Purchaser is responsible for making arrangements... I will drop off and pick up. However... an offer to purchase via E-Bay is a binding agreement regardless of completion of a pre-purchase inspection or not. Seller will assist with reasonable pickup requirements by your vehicle shipper in Boise, Idaho and will continue to store in my garage under cover the vehicle for up to 30 days following purchase. No delivery or shipping is included with the purchase. Purchaser must make a $1,000 deposit within 24 hours of purchase by paypal - balance to be settled via wire transfer to bank of sellers preference within 72 hours. Failure to settle purchase in full will result in loss of deposit funds. Again... a great example of a 2000 Porsche 911... you won't see many/any in your town that look this nice, have this interior/exterior color and the aero kit/spoiler.
