Options Include: L-82 350 220HP Engine MX-1 Turbo 350 Automatic Transmission FE7 Gymkhana Suspension 722 Red Leather Interior U69 AM/FM Radio(non stereo) 1 of 2057 made ZX2 Convenience Package 3:55.1 Rear Posi Traction Axle 2400 Stall Speed Converter #4274 out of 15,283 Made Power Steering Power Disc Brakes Power Windows Tilt/Telescopic Wheel Cruise Air Conditioning Rear Defrost Car has had 1 repaint in 1998 in base/clearcoat and looks and shines like new----does have some tiny paint chips that were touched up and 1 tiny spot on the nose and on the front left-side nose that were touched up......I have many coats of polish and the shine is perfect and looks like a new car......Drivers side t-top has a tiny crack in the paint on the front corner----hard too see.....All the emblems are original.....The glass is all original except for the windshield that I had to replace due to wiper marks from a bad blade that would not polish out----there are 3 tiny dot marks at the bottom drivers side where the wipers rest.....Interior has new seat covers/foam/hardware and looks like new, carpet front and rear---top and side plastic is all new too.....Dash/console plastic is all original and shines perfect and door panels are all original and look great----each one has a few wear marks where they close against the body when closed......All the gauges work except the clock and oil pressure is always over 50----air conditioning/heat work but the air needs charging......Original radio works and the power antenna was replaced by the previous owner and now has a removable telescoping antenna.....Power windows work perfectly and fast----I did just replace the original side weatherstripping moldings so they get slow when they reach the top due to hitting the new weatherstripping......Headlights open and close perfectly and all the lights/signals/horn works. Engine is all original and numbers matching and has never been out of the car-----I did replace the fuel pump, rebuild the original carburetor w/new choke pull off, replaced all the hoses/clamps belts with GM parts, filters, and detailed the compartment for shows-----it is all correct....Also has new valve cover gaskets too and new AC plugs/cap/wires/rotor and it runs perfect and starts easy with a few pumps of the pedal.....Engine still has years of life left and is very responsive and fast too.....It goes through around a little less than 1/2 of a quart of oil in between oil changes which is normal.....Radiator is original and has a new brass drain plug and all new coolant----runs between 165-195 depending on outside temp.....Transmission is original too and has had filter and oil service in the past and shifts perfect with no problems ever.....I just replaced the rear axle oil 7 days ago with GM gear oil and 2 bottles of posi additive----no axle noises.....It had a all new suspension done at a dealer in 11-14 with receipt with new rear leaf spring, front and rear rubber bushings and new KYB shocks too---rides nice and tight with great response due to the Gymkhana suspension option with includes a thicker front stabilizer bar and rear stabilizer too.....Brakes are perfect and all the calipers have been replaced along with the pads----rotors are still the original units that are riveted to the spindles as was done at the assembly line......I did replace the master cylinder too along with the correct cap......Frame is solid with no rust or holes ever and I did undercoat most of it and the wheel wheels too.....The exhaust is still original to the car and is in great shape----I did polish out the mufflers/rear down pipes with Mothers chrome polish and they look great!.....It sounds stock and not too loud which I always liked.....Wheels have been hand polished with new center caps and lug nuts and tires have plenty of tread left.......Other than paint/some interior parts and suspension it is all original survivor that was always kept inside and never abused......The body gaps are off in the drivers door-to-fender and the passenger door sticks out slightly from the rear quarter panel----this is all the way it rolled off the factory and I have had a NCRS judge look at the car and was told it is all correct.....I have seen many other C3's with this issue and it was due to the fiberglass molds. I am the 3rd owner and the original owner had it till 1-14 and the second owner was a 76 year old man that always wanted one....He owned it for a short time till I bought it in March of 2014.....I have a copy of the window sticker, dealer sales brochure, dealer card, original owners manual and assorted other small items.....I have a clear title in my name too with 2 sets of keys with 1 set being the originals......I also have over $4800.00 of receipts for work/parts/labor that is included. **I would like to talk with the potential buyer before purchase so please send me a number to call you at** I am only selling it to purchase a convertible from a close friend......This car needs nothing and is turn-key ready to drive or show as I have won many trophies this year. What also came along with the move, is a much higher cost of living, and small garage space - much different than the past. I've made the unfortunate decision to sell my dream car, in an effort to help improve my financial situation, and avoid it getting torn up from living in the city. This is likely the only AW ZCP E46 M3 on the market. Meaning no subframe issues, bearing issues, etc. Former CPO car, and I have every single record and purchase ever made for the car including the original window stickerFew tasteful and high quality Mods:ESS Tuning ECU FlashHotchkis Sway Bars (front and rear) Tints 35% all aroundSmoked corners (I also have clear and amber) Paint matched reflectors Black Kidney Grills and Side grillsHawk BluesBlack Plasti-dipped wheels (as of Feb. 15 - willing to remove) CSL Front wheels (.5" wider) Tires = Potenza RE-11sCurrent condition:The car is super clean, and for a 2005 w/ ONLY 66k miles on it, it seriously looks beautiful! It runs like a champ and is a pleasure to drive in any environment. One blemish on the under body of the side-skirt (I'll include it in photos, although its difficult to notice), other than that, everything is near perfect. Rear tire tread is low, and ready to be replaced, because I'm barely driving it (2mi round trip to work) I'm not looking to toss on new tires with winter around the corner. Brakes are the other area of to note as the rears have about 20% life and fronts are about 60%. With the car sitting often, I've felt a bit of a vibration which has been diagnosed as a bit of a warp in the rotors. However, with them being ready for replacement on the rear, I recommend identifying the axle where the vibration is occurring and swap them out. I believe my price is reflective of the areas that need to be attention. Most Recent Maintenance:Control arm bushings replaced at 60k. Belt replaced at 60k Alternator Replaced at 60k. Water pump and thermostat replaced at 60kBanjo fitting for power steering pump replaced. Last serviced around 60k for oil, fluids, updated inspection.Extras:I have a set of 17" winter wheels and tires that I slapped on this winter. They may have ~500 mi on them, if that. If you want them, they're yours. Otherwise I'm going to sell them separately. (Subject to change at any time). I have 2 premixed bottles of coolant from bmw. You can have those too!
