INSURANCE COMPANIES SELL THOUSANDS OF CARS DAILY AT AUCTIONS, THAT HAVE SUFFERED LITTLE OR NO DAMAGE, AT A GREAT DISCOUNT JUST BECAUSE THEY ARE REQUIRED BY LAW TO ISSUE A REBUILT TITLE AFTER A CLAIM HAS BEEN PAID OUT, REGARDLESS OF DAMAGE AMOUNT, IF ANY. Get it here for Half price and over $7,000 under Kelly Blue Book value! The rebuilt title should be of NO CONCERN to anyone, this van is perfect. Only the pads at the bottom of the 2 stow-n-go compartments were damp, that's the space under the floor where the seats are stored. The van windows were probably left open in the rain by the original owners. I removed the small pieces of pad in those sections, cleaned the pans, and installed a new OEM pad. There is no odor, no rust, no electrical problems since there are no electrical wires or components in those 2 storage compartments.
