1967 Camaro RS/SS 350 numbers matching, all original except transmission recently changed from powerglide to Tremec 5 speed (original transmission comes with the car). Color is mountain green, black interior. Engine is 350 rebuilt to stock specifications. Stock exhaust manifolds and exhaust. Rear suspension upgraded last year to multi leaf with new shocks (single leaf suspension also comes with the car). Car is as clean as they come, paint is near perfect with a tiny dent in hood from closing on a battery charger. Body is solid, underbody and trunk are solid and clean. Engine and compartment are detailed and extremely clean. Wheels and tires are new BF Goodrich TA's 225 and 235/60/15. Not many cars this clean. Drives perfect. Sounds nice. Very rare, only 4118 ever made, production of the California Special only ran from February - August, 1968. Designed and engineered by Shelby Automotive. 2 owner vehicle - untouched except for paint. Last owner took the vehicle to Europe in 1993 with 55,000 miles on it, today it has just over 59,000 miles. Still has all the spare parts he took with him overseas (belts, filters, plugs, U joints, lights, heater core, points etc). Runs and drives as a low mileage car should. Features as described on Wikipedia: The Mustang GT/CS features included: Marchal or Lucas Fog Lights, twist-type DZUS hood pins, side scoops, pop-open gas cap, rear spoiler decklid with end caps, and taillight panel with 1965 Thunderbird taillights (non sequential). Side stripes with the "GT/CS" die-cut logo, along with a rear decklid stripe were included, and were available in white, black, red, and metallic medium blue only. It was available in all standard Mustang colors for 1968, all Ford engine and transmission combinations (except 427/C-6, which was dropped for all '68s). Most produced were the small-block 289 two-barrel (2V) carburetor with C-4 automatic transmission. All regular production factory and dealer options for 1968 Mustang coupes were also available for the GT/CS, other than options that would conflict with the GT/CS package, such as fog lights or C-stripes.
