For sale is a 2004 Mystichrome Cobra Convertible, in pristine, car-show condition (many people say this, but this car will exceed even the most critical buyer's expectations in person). 1 of 495 Mystichrome Convertibles ever built (#440 of 495, per official SVT Certificate). All-original, essentially a one-owner car. Mystichrome paint is flawless. No rock chips or scratches on the front bumper, hood, or side mirrors. 3rd brake light is perfect. Windshield is original and is flawless. There is a minor scratch in the paint on the rear bumper (I only know of it because I hand wash the car, and it is the only flaw on the car worth noting). Non-smoker (both owners). I bought this car in November 2014 with 17,240 miles from the original owner who was a Cobra fanatic and beyond babied this car. I purchased it for $27,000. The car was 100% bone stock the day I bought it (exterior, interior, exhaust, & battery). The only non-factory item was a brand new set of tires. I have a folder full of the original build sheet, purchase order, dealership invoices, etc. A pile of original documents from the original owner from the day he bought this car. Since I purchased it I installed a new Motorcraft battery, brand new OEM headlights and foglights (out of Ford boxes; the originals were perfect, but I wanted brand-new perfection). I have also perfectly installed a Classic Design Concepts Lightbar, Roush hood struts (pop-rod is still in place), and a Raptor shift light (black aluminum case w/ green shift light that matches the color of the speedometer). I wanted to keep the car "bone-stock" with only the essential upgrades that I felt this Cobra should have had from the factory anyway. *The picture with the seats out of the car was only to install the Lightbar* I consider this car a one-owner car because I have babied it even more than the original owner. It sits covered in a heated / cooled garage on a Rotary Lift car hoist. The convertible top is so flawless that I'm convinced that this car has never sat outside overnight or been in the rain a day in it's life. It hasn't under my watch, and knowing the previous owner I highly doubt it was under his either. You will see in a few pictures the custom fit seat cover I often use while driving to keep the driver's seat from getting any wear in the leather. I also use the best leather conditioner on the market religiously to help keep all of the leather perfect. You should have very few questions about this car if you are in the market for an 03 / 04 Cobra, and this car will exceed your expectations in person. It will not meet your expectations, it will exceed them. I had about a 5+ year plan for this car, because I always wanted to find a mint Mystichrome, but the 2015/2016 Mustang has gotten under my skin a lot more than I expected, and I'm ready to place an order for a new 2016 Competition Orange coupe. Considering the $42 - $46k I'm about to spend on a 2016, 03/04 Cobras are an absolute steal at current prices. This Cobra is a monster to drive on the street, and can drive to California and back with the a/c ice cold and radio on. That said, the price is firm. Audi discontinued the MK1 in 2006 with the last of the v6 models. The 2005 225 I4 quatro was a much better balanced car and easily chipped to exceed the V6's torque and power. So this iconic beauty is one of the latest you can buy. I'm only the second owner and I purchased it in 2007 and now has 74,500 miles. I've since upgraded the engine, suspension, audio and lights and it's become my favorite of all time car. Always garaged or under covered car port and fed Mobil 1 every 5,000 miles. You just won't find a better TT. The TT's wheel-centric curves are further enhanced by wheels spaced out a little to perfectly fill out the wheel arches. 235 tires on SSR brand 19" 3-part forged aluminum wheels with 15mm spacers complete the look. Also included are snow tires on their own 18" rims. (While most of the photo's are shot with the 19" summer wheels, you'll notice that the last 2 photo's are taken in the car port with the snow wheels.) The heated seats with baseball stitching are more eye candy. I broke the back window glass so the entire hood is now new. The motorized hood has a heated glass back window. I have an S4 and wanted the TT to equal the S4s breaking and acceleration performance. With StopTech big breaks and Miltech 3" down pipes all the way to the tail pipe, this high pressure K04 turbo equals the S4 and far surpasses it in cornering. (at 63, I'm no racer, I just like the rock solid stability under all conditions and the feel of that turbo power surge). The 6-disk CD changer is still in place but I have used the AUX port for a blue tooth hands free kit so I can use the audio system to play digital quality music wirelessley from my iPhone and answer the phone hands free. The standard 225 quatro comes with zenon HID low beam but I upgraded the brights with 55w HID and fogs with 30w HID. They really light up a dark road. The center section of LED dashboard is mottled and hard to read (see photo) and there some snow scratches to the sill under the drivers door immediately next to the under-body (see pictures 5 and 6). Absolutely no sign of rust anywhere. Audis in general carry their age very well and this 2005 TT still looks almost new. I''m getting the car detailed again this weekend so you can only be delighted when you drive it away.
