In great overall and Mechanical shape is what Mills told me when I took it in for an oil change before parking it. Has a new water pump, thermostat, antifreeze, oil, oil filter, newer front tires with 95% tread, has remote start. Great vehicle for its age. The bad : drivers heated seat doesn't work, can be bought for $70, rear windshield wiper motor doesn't work ( never bothered me) $109 for a new one, needs new key fobs around $30, needs 2 rear tires 196.60 quote from tires plus cheapest around. Last thing is passenger catalytic converter is shot, though no noises, truck periodically will blow a P0430 code. Catalytic converter is $60 and can be welded in by Banyan in EM for around $60 is a quote I got awhile back. Code doesn't change anything as far as the motor is concerned. Essentially just saying change your cat. Last its missing 1 tire monitor from when I had tires replaced their tool couldn't reach far enough into to blow up the tire and they didn't give it back $20 online. This is a 2002 Chevy Tahoe LT. It's got normal wear and tear associated with nearly 200,000 miles. Seller is original owner. Clear original title. The vehicle runs very well, has great pickup and the all wheel drive can be set to automatic, four wheel high or four wheel low. Only known mechanical issue is a small oil leak that leaves a few drops on the driveway, but does not require addition of oil between 3000 mile interval oil changes. Air conditioning blows cold air throughout the vehicle. There are a ton of other options including power windows, power seats, am/fm/cassette/cd, ABS, driver and passenger airbags, roof rack and the towing package. The vehicle hasn't towed anything, but it's certainly capable of towing boats, trailers, and campers. Body has a couple of door dings on the driver's side, and a small dent on the lower passenger door. The vehicle was rear-ended a few years ago, but only caused minor damage to the bumper, cargo door and tail light assembly (all were repaired). No rust on the body, and as you can see from the photos, the paint still has a great shine and it's a nice looking SUV. Tires are nearly new. Interior has three rows of leather seats. Seats/carpet show some wear in certain spots. Can fit 8 people comfortably. When you take out the third row seating and fold the second row flat, there is a lot of cargo room. Long story short I came to a stop light and when the light turned green, truck didn't move. Gear selector on the column moves everything from one gear to another as it should (PRND321) so it's not as simple as a linkage problem outside of the transmission. No fluids are leaking out, but the truck can be rolled around with it in Park(P). Truck engine ran fine with no leaks and plenty of power. Selling because it's not worth it to us to put more money in it. From what I have seen rebuild kits are $400-$600 and rebuilt transmission is anywhere from $900-$1500 shipped. I'm sure a used working transmission can be sourced from a junkyard like Auto Parts City, ABC Auto Parts, Victory, etc. for less, but I haven't looked into it.No you can't work on it in the driveway and try to get it working. MUST BE TOWEDTrade/trade + cash for toolboxes or motorcycles, LED TVs. I can donate the vehicle for an additional tax write off or pull the engine, take the electronics, and scrap the rest and be in a similar position.

I am selling my 2001 Chevy Tahoe, as pictured here. This has been a great truck. I'm the 2nd owner. Highlights:runs great, needs nothing (turnkey)meticulously maintained - some of the work since I've owned it: all brake lines replaced, brakes x 4 within the past 2 years, driver's front wheel bearing, intake manifold gasket, spark plugs, oil + filter changes every 5-6 thousand miles (always with Mobil 1 full synthetic), accessory belt replaced recently, water pump replaced in 2011, alignment last summer (suspension tight), transmission service (tranny is solid, doesn't skip)interior and exterior are in excellent shape for its age (CONSTANTLY getting complimented on the car)all electrical - lights, windows, seats, compass, etc etc work properlyAftermarket (Pioneer) head unit installed (on otherwise stock system w/ subwoofer) - w/ bluetooth a2dp streaming audio and phone, ipod hookup (oem head unit will be included, easy to switch back out)AC blows cold, heat hotseat heaters in frontlumbar supportTow package - great tow vehicle(LED light in the grille has been removed, grille has been replaced with a clean one - will provide pictures as soon as I can)Areas of Imperfection: Exterior - very minor dings and scratches here and there. No major dents, no keying. One small area of penetrative rust in the left quarter panel at the very bottom about the size of a quarter. Hardly noticeable unless you're on the ground, but worth mentioning. Car has wintered in the north, so it has the expected degree of chassis rust, but nothing terrible. Interior - driver's seat has some scuffs/wear and tear (other seats are in great shape). Driver's seat armrest is suprisingly torn up. Thought about replacing this but doesn't bother me. Passenger dash - when I first got the car, I left a bottle of sunscreen on it on a hot summer day. Didn't leak, but the bottle got so hot it kind of scorched the dash on the right, an area about 2"x3". Nothing major, but annoying. Rear AV controls have a broken button. The rear trim in the trunk just inside the tailgait, on the ceiling (a plastic strip) as a few small holes in it where some lights were previously installed. This is only noticeable if you're looking directly at it. If I can find this piece locally before sale, I'll switch it out (it clips in in about 30 seconds). Interior overall in remarkably good shape, these things are just mentioned in full disclosure. Sorry for all the text - clearly I know the car inside and out, happy to answer any questions.
