Mechanic Special, 2001 Chevrolet Suburban LT 2500 4x4 8.1 liter 496ci LS big block, automatic 4L80E transmission, GT5 4.10 gears. Could make a great project and or tow vehicle, or swap this LS big block in your GM project. The 8.1 engines alone are selling on here for $1600 to $2200....To get driving again it will need: front differential, 1 front axle, transfer case, catalytic converters and rear tires. Has leather interior, power seats, power windows. The transfer case has been removed so it doesn't drive and will need towed/trailered, Transmission is good, Rear end is good, Engine sounds great. It does have rust in the rockers, the passenger side rocker with the most rust. Both rear corners are rusted/damaged. One owner . It is also for sale locally. Sold as is
