I am the 3rd owner of this hard to find 1995 Chevy S10 SS pickup truck. I personally know every past owner of the truck and know it's history. Most who do their research will know or can find the history of the SS S10. It is a limited production truck. I wont go into all the numbers because I don't want to give out false information, but you can simply do a google search to find the facts. This truck come from the factory with the Vortec V6, ("W" indicated in the VIN # as the higher output engine ) 4L60E automatic transmission, and a 3:42 posi-traction rear end. The truck was also equipped with a tighter ratio steering box and the ZQ8 sport suspension package, ( some will argue that the early SS didn't come with that package, but this one did and is indicated in the glove box on the codes sheet ) and Factory fog lamps. The interior was equipped with power windows and locks, remote keyless entry, tilt and cruise control, and a factory am/fm radio with CD. This truck is in very good condition for a 21 year old original truck. The paint still shines and only has what I would say is less than normal wear and tare ( minor scratches and a few dime size door dings) The interior is still nice and only has a small tear in the drivers side seat as seen in the pictures. The dash isn't cracked. The windshield does have a crack from the top to bottom in the center. This just happen recently from a rock while going down the highway. The truck did just pass a recent Texas emissions test with flying colors, but the check engine light does come on showing an insufficient flow on EGR. I did replace the EGR valve, but I think there may be some blockage in the intake ports or heads. The truck runs perfect and still passed emissions, so I have just left that for the time being. It has never been wrecked or abused. I am selling it because I don't have the space for it anymore and would like to see it go to a good home for someone else to enjoy! The A/C blows cold and the heat is hot. All Power windows, locks, keyless remote, all work as they should. The truck would be a great truck for a modern LS swap! In the last 4 months, I have completed a ton of work on this truck. I have all the receipts for over $3500 in parts to prove what has been done and will include them with the sale. Below is a list of what has been done.... Rebuilt Transmission ( low reverse clutches were bad...rebuild complete transmission, flushed cooler and lines, replaced torque converter. Come with a written 1 year warranty, unlimited miles ) Rebuilt Front End ( Installed new genuine AC Delco upper and lower ball joints, tie rod ends, center link, pitman arm, idler arm. Also installed new Energy suspension upper and lower control arm bushings) Installed New Factory ZQ8 front coil springs ( the original springs had been swapped for lower springs by the original owner and they were too low ) Rebuilt Brakes, Installed New Rotors, Bearings and Seals, Pads and Shoes ( installed new drilled and slotted front rotors, new pads on front and shoes in the back) Installed New ZQ8 Replacement KYB Shocks all around. Installed New Tires Installed New Factory Replacement Muffler and Exhaust Tail Section Installed New Oil Cooler Lines, Installed New Distributor ( A tab was broken on the old one from when someone had tried to replace the cap and rotor ) Installed New Plugs and Wires Installed New O2 Sensors, Installed New AC Delco Fuel Pump and Pick up Screen Installed New Fuel Filter Installed New Fog Lamps Installed New ECU ( which has been updated from OBD1.5 to OBD2. The original will come with the truck) Installed New EGR Valve Installed New Shift Cable Installed Used set of Gauges from ebay ( this is why the odometer shows 74,000... The actual miles on the original was 196,000. The original comes with the truck and still works, but the tachometer and oil gauges weren't accurate) Installed New Hood release cable and handle Installed New Water Pump, Thermostat, Hoses and Serpentine belt Installed New AC Delco A/C Compressor, Dryer, and converted over the R134 I am sure there are a few other odd and end parts I am forgetting, but I do have all receipts to show what is done. If you have any questions, please email me. Thanks for looking!

This truck started life as a 1995 GMC Sonoma extended cab, that is what the frame and cab with vin# is from. The bed, doors, and fenders are 1997 S10. The front end lighting and rad support is 2000 S10. The dash and door panels are 2000 S10. The seats are 2007 Cobalt SS. I hand picked everything as I went along. The carpet is brand new OEM. The engine is a 1998 350 4 bolt main block bored and stroked to 383. 11:1 Compression. Dart heads. Roller lifters, timing chain, and rockers. Stud girdles. 540 lift camshaft. Holley street performer 770 CFM carb. MSD 6AL. Fuel cell with adjustable pressure regulator and return. Brand new GM Performance 4L65E trans with GM Supermatic trans controller that can be fine tuned on the fly with a laptop. BeCool radiator with dual puller fans that keep it nice and cool. Rear axle is the stock 7.625 housing with an Eaton posi and 4.10 gears. I built it to be a street car that was a head turner, NEVER had it at the track or Dyno, so I can only calculate the HP to about 400-450, no idea what it runs in the quarter mile. It is a great truck to run around in or Dream cruise in... all day in traffic, never overheats. I have all four Torque Thrust wheels with BFGoodrich G-Force Comp T/A tires, 9" front 10" rear. And a set of light weight aluminum racing wheels with 10" slicks for the rear, but it really didn't help on the street. Currently the only 2 bad things about the truck are the oil pressure sending unit leaks oil, and the gas gauge reads backwards.

I bought this truck about a year and a half ago with a blown engine. My plan was to swap in a built LT1/4L80e trans, but recent life changes have forced me to downsize my living space and i no longer have the storage space to keep it. This is a very clean truck, has 124K miles on it. THERE IS NO ENGINE/TRANSMISSION IN THE TRUCK. Currently as the truck sits its a rolling chassis, stock suspension and brakes that are in good shape, wheels are near mint but tires have some life but will need replaced soon. Interior is dam near mint, only issue is the knee bolster was broken by the previous owner. Truck was originally a fleetside, but i swapped it for a sport side bed and added a black max bed cover. The fuel filler neck needs to be swapped out for a step side one that is shorter, the bed is not bolted down as i was waiting to swap out the filler neck. The following are some parts i bought to upgrade the truck and will include for my asking price. Double Din radio install kit and a Pioneer App Radio 2, radio has the ipod cables and GPS stuff included 97+ Blazer auto shift floor console and floor shifter column covers to remove the shifter from the column and move it to the floor. Good shape, just needs a good cleaning. Shift cable is included. PST Poly Graphite front control arm bushings Energy Suspension Poly body mount bushings Energy Suspension poly front sway bar bushings and end links Brand new MOOG Idler arm. Brand New Street Scene Power Mirrors 98+ Blazer rear disk brakes and spacers need to swap them to the stock drum brake axle. I have a 2K L31/4L60e that currently has 133K miles and runs great, it is in my Tahoe Limited that i want to swap a vortec 7.4 into. About 8K miles ago i did a complete tune up with new delco iridium plugs, and plug wires, cap and rotor, coil and ignition module all from performance distributors, their firepower ignition kit I also have an LT4 Hot Cam, new upgraded felpro intake gasket kit, new timing cover, sanderson 1 3/4 primary 3" collector swap headers, corvette HD radiator and taurus 2 speed fan both are brand new, the original 4.3 accessory brackets with under drive crank and alt pulleys, JTR V8 swap engine mounts and 2.8 V6 frame pads, also have a brand new transgo HD2 shift kit for the trans, some 3" exhaust tubing and a dual 3" in to 3.5 out flowmaster scavenger y-pipe to help build the exhaust. JTR 1/2" axle set back plates that will allow the stock driveshaft to fit without modification. I also have the stock PCM from my Tahoe that i will include as i believe it should work to run the S10. This is basically everything needed to get the truck up and running with the L31 swap and it can look factory. I will sell all of this with the truck only for an additional 2500, so 5500 total and you can hear the engine run and drive to to verify the trans works fine. Some of the pics are from the listing when i bought the truck, like i said the truck is now a stepside and not a fleetside and there is no rear bumper as i planned to install a step shaver kit. Also i dont have the stock hood as i sold it and was going to buy a fiberglass ram air hood from a friend but the deal fell thru after i sold the stock hood. Truck has a stock hood on it from a friends purple 96 that i will include with it. The first pic is how the truck is sitting as of yesterday. Also the wood grain trim you see in the interior has been removed. Lastly, i do have the original window sticker for the truck.
