FLOORS LOOK GOOD , INTERIOR IS GREAT . COMES WITH SMALL BLOCK V8 WITH FACTORY AUTO TRAN ON COLUMN. AIR CONDITIONING AS YOU CAN SEE THE CARB BACKFIRED YEARS AGO AND DID BURN THE PAINT ON THE HOOD . THE OWNER PUT A NEW CARB ON IT BUT DO TO SITTING AND SOME BAD GAS IT SPUTTERS A BIT. I DID NOTICE A SMALL FUEL LEAK TODAY UNDER CAR . I am relisting again due to the winning bidder who had a zero feedback and assured me he was not a flake won the bid and refused to pay.Big mistake on my part taking his word. His account name is tmacalus1. I will not accept bids if you have less than 10 feedbacks and must contact me first.I also had another knucklehead who had a big feedback rating, bid the reserve price and then retracted his bid so he will also be blocked from bidding.That guy has sold cars before so what goes around comes around. His ebay account name is snoopydog5050 so be cautious of him also. I have raised the buy it now also because of all the lowball offers I received the first time. 1957 Chevy Nomad.This is a California car and has no rust and retains all of its original sheet metal and original paint.There are not many Nomads left with the original paint.As the saying goes they are only original once.The roof was repainted about 12 years ago.The factory undercoating is still present beneath.All of the trim is original and is in incredible condition with no nicks,dents,dings or scratches. The only new trim is the rocker moldings.It's hard to believe that it would not have gotten some sort of damage after 58 years.The bumpers and interior chrome do have some pitting but all of the trim is complete.The glass is in good condition with the exception of the passenger door glass which has a crack. The interior is new except the headliner which is original and only has a very small tear near the rear liftgate.The engine is a 350 with Edelbrock intake and Holley 4 barrel carb.Trans is a turbo 350.The car has headers and new 2 1/2 stainless steel exhaust. The drum brakes are power assist with the original power booster and master cylinder having been rebuilt.Brake shoes and front and rear wheel bearings are new.New shocks. Included in the sale are the original 283 engine with power pack option(4 barrel carb),air cleaner,exhaust manifolds and powerglide transmission,generator,original wheels and hubcaps. Buyer is responsible for shipping cost of car,original engine,trans,and wheels.I will put the eng,trans.and wheels on 2 pallets and and crated so all you have to do is arrange a carrier to pick them up but they must have a pallet jack and lift gate truck.The reason I mention this is in the past I have had carriers show up expecting me to have a fork lift to load which I do not have.
