The waiver or invalidity of any provision of this Order shall not effect the binding nature of the remaining provisions. No breach of this Order by Buyer shall be deemed waived unless such waiver is agreed to by Seller in writing. The parties agree that any modification of this Order must be made in writing and signed by the parties in order to be valid. Buyer agrees that Buyer’s deposit on the Vehicle is non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed to in writing by Buyer and Seller. This is a dependable car with low mileage that averages over 20 miles per gallon. It was originally a GM company vehicle, and we purchased it from GM company vehicle operations (it is a "PEP" car). The oil was changed regularly and other maintenance was performed as required. New Goodyear tires put on in early Fall of 2016 for winter. Now the bad news...three minor accidents: 1) Rear ended at stoplight (< 5 mph) required rear bumper replacement, 2) someone backed into the drivers side front and rear door in a parking lot, requiring some cosmetic bodywork and paint, and 3) a tall curb damaged front end under bumper, which was not repaired (see picture of cracks under the front bumper). There is no structural damage whatsoever; all three of those incidents were more than a year ago, and the car drives straight and smooth. It is also very clean on the inside for a Michigan car, with no seat tears or carpet issues. The body has minor door dings and a few scratches, but no rust or dents. The car just sits in our garage and we'd like to stop paying insurance :-), so please take it off of our hands. The low price is firm. If you're local (southeast Michigan), we'll be glad to bring you the car if you purchase it, or you can pick it up from our place. It would make a great first car for a new driver, or a nice replacement for your existing car, especially if yours has a lot more miles on it. The color is a gray-brown (taupe, actually) and the interior is a good-looking two-tone brown that you don't find in many cars these days. It has always had floor mats to protect the carpet from the snow and salt. You'll definitely enjoy the heated seats in the winter, and the huge sunroof is a blast in the summertime. Looking forward to passing this great car along to its next owner!
