This 98 Chevy malibu has new parts and accessories installed such as headlamps, battery, spark plugs, wireset, 4 new tires(less than 100 miles on them) and starter. Clean interior. Some exterior cosmetics needed. Engine problem, Car does not start. Asking 550 or best offer Also, willing to throw in a set of 4 used black 20 inch rims that need new tires but fit the car as shown in picture.
