Up for sale is my 2007 Chevrolet Corvette Z06. This is an amazing car that has been well cared for. Probably one of the nicest ones around. Car has a little over 34,000 miles on it. I only drive it every other weekend or 2 and never in the rain. Too much to list so I'll keep it short and sweet. At 18,000 miles the car was shipped down to Ragin Racin in Scott, Louisiana to have a build done that cost upwards of $13,000. Car got the Stage 4 Punisher package from Ragin Racin. Has a very aggressive cam in it, this car is LOUD. If you want to turn heads this will do it. I just paid $5,000 a few weeks ago for a brand new RPS BC2 clutch and Ticks Performance aftermarket upgraded master cylinder with new slave cylinder with upgraded feeder line and installation by MKC. I also have the other RPS BC2 to go with the car which can be rebuilt by RPS and be kept as a backup. Dyno'd 576RWHP and 515RWTQ on 91 octane. Also has a brand new battery with 5 years warranty. I have the run file from Ragin Racin but it is drf format and I can't figure out how to convert it. All fluids changed at 30,000 miles. Oil just changed with full synthetic. I've clayed the entire car, had the paint polished and applied a paint sealant. It is not a wrecked corvette turned into a Z06 clone. This car is entirely hand built in the same manner as a Ferrari or Lamborghini. Three former General Motors engineers who now build custom cars in their hotrod shop paid careful attention to every aspects of the build. Parts including body panels, interior and etc were sourced directly from General Motors. No aftermarket or reproduction parts were used in this build. All known defects in C5 corvettes were addressed during the build. In addition reinforcements impossible to add on the assembly were added to stiffen the frame. The effect is most noticeable when driving over railroad tracks. Extra sound deadening was added for a quieter rattle and buzz free completely new leather interior. The extra sound deadening also makes the stock Bose sound system sound incredible. You’ll hear your music like you’ve never heard before. The overall result is a Grand Touring car that is extremely solid and comfortable on trips of several hundred miles per day. The stock 385 horsepower LS6 engine was reringed to address known LS engine oil usage issues. Even after 48k miles the engine remains a bit tight although it has loosened up considerably over the last four years. Further attention to detail includes fully function brake cooling ducts, new leather interior, almost new tires, magnesium wheels, full titanium exhaust, power drivers seat and manual passenger seat, thinner glass and every weight saving part found on an assembly line built Z06. Under this warranty, the car had a complete engine replacement due to a factory acknowledged valve train issue. The complete motor was replaced on 2/2013 with 23,000 miles (Including all components except the fuel injectors) at Bommarito Chevrolet. Although exhibiting only minor wear, the clutch and pressure plate were also replaced with new GM components. This was a factory acknowledged issue that impacted several of the 2007 Z06 Corvettes. If you are looking at other cars of this year, and they have not had the warranty replacement, keep in mind it could be a very expensive fix down the road. The dealer charge for the replacement was nearly $19,000. The new motor has just over 13,000 miles on it, and it runs and performs perfectly! There are several pictures below.
