We also changed the oil and filter and checked and lubed the chassis.This corvette seems to run and drive nice. It will make someone a fun chrome bumper vette too play around with.

A numbers-matching, chrome bumper 4 speed corvette with shiny paint and a nice interior.Numbers matching, 327/300Hp, 4 speed manual transmission, tinted glass, pop-out rear window, Hurst shifter, black leather interior, power windows, power steering, tinted windows, AM/FM/Cassette radio, factory side exhaust, Weiand aluminum intake, Edelbrock carb, Accel distributor, MSD ignition, chrome valve covers and air cleaner, and much more.The head lights, wipers, and tach work on this corvette. This vette seems to run and drive great.We just changed the front shocks, checked and lubed the chassis, changed the oil and filter and rear end grease and additive. This corvette has had 4 slotted and drilled rotors, braided brake hoses, calipers, master cylinder, E-brake cable, E-brake hardware, starter, alternator, and much more done in recent years.1968 was the first year for the C3 body style, and also brought about a new interior design and removable T-tops. GM also introduced the pop-up headlights and pop-up wiper door in this year. 1968 was the highest production year for the Stingray convertible with 18,630 total production. GM only produced 5,063 with the automatic transmission out of 28,566 total production in this year.

Appears to have had one repaint in orange over the original Donnybrooke Green, with a nice-fitting body and many original parts.New parts: gas tank, front brake calipers, master cylinder, and brake hoses.1970 was the shortest production year for the C3 generation corvette, which makes corvettes of this year extremely collectible. It was also the last year of the high horsepower engines and the first year for the fender flares. GM only released 6,648 convertibles out of 17,316 total production in 1970.

Thank you for your interest in my beautiful, daily driver quality, 1955 Corvette. This is 1 of 180 classic Red 1955 Chevrolet Corvette with V8 engine and automatic transmission. The transmission is the original and is numbers matching but the engine is not. However I have identified a period-correct 265 engine with A145 date code (January 14, 1955) that can be purchased for only a couple hundred dollars. Some of the trim is aged, the dash is not correct, and the VIN plate was missing when I bought the car so I had to get an official replacement plate from the State Department of Transportation. The plate presents the actual VIN # . The plate is not a savage or rebuilt/reconstructed plate; it is an official VIN # plate. Other than those issues, this is a great car to drive and to be seen in. I bought the car from the son of the original owner who drove the car only in good weather (no bad weather driving). I am selling the car as a 'daily driver' and as a good candidate for restoration, not a car to be judged in its present condition.I had planned to restore the car myself but as the owner of a large restoration shop and owner of several other NCRS quality Corvettes (60, 65, 80) and the normal day to day issues restoring cars for others, I do not feel I will have the time to restore this car in my lifetime. 1979 L82 Black on Black Automatic Corvette, Car in excellent running condition. Paint is shiny and really nice. appears to have had 1 re-paint. Motor was refreshed and included new cam, lifters and push rods, timing chain and gears, vale job, new Edelbrock intake and electric choke carb. Cam is 305/458 Has a nice choppy sound and really sounds good through the flowmaster exhaust. This car sounds awesome!! New interior included new seat foam and covers, New Carpeting and new Door Panels. Interior looks awesome! This is a original low mileage L82 corvette.
