1966 Chevy II (Nova) Real SS but not original motor. Has a 283 with a 350 Auto-Transmission. The only damage is a crack in the dash pad no rips or burn marks anywhere. The paint could use a update and the red stripes are painted on and fading. No rust anywhere as was a California car. All original panels and no bondo. Has original SS tach and gauges. Would consider a trade as I am selling the red 1952 Chevy all original pickup. (Shortbed, 5 window)

1966 Corvette Stingray Convertible "427 390HP L-36" Vehicle 1966 Corvette Stingray Convertible 427 "C2 Turbo Jet" 390HP L-36 Owner: Mike Contact Brian Location: Eagle, Idaho Email: Click Here Phone: 208-890-0337 Description Let's start with the known 2-owner history, this Corvette Stingray was purchased new by an American Falls, Idaho resident from the then Intermountain Chevrolet in Pocatello Idaho. The owner stored the Corvette when he was drafted into the Army. When he completed his service, he purchased a newer car, and asked his father to list and sell the Corvette thru the Pocatello based Idaho State Journal classifieds. The current owner of 40 plus years purchased this Corvette in June of 1974. At the time the car was "original" Rally Red and as equipped from the factory. In 1978 he repainted the car a 1966 Corvette factory yellow and was professionally returned to its original colors about 15 years ago along with a complete mechanical once over of the "Original Power-Train", all performed by a well known Idaho Corvette professional's. The above/below is a recap of the Corvette's history (to the best of our knowledge): Engine and transmission rebuild about 15 years and 4,000 miles ago. Cylinders were bored out .0030 and new pistons and rings installed. Engine and flywheel were balanced, new cam shaft installed, all bearings replaced. Cylinder heads were reworked to accept the use of unleaded fuel. The engine runs great with no pinging with the use of premium unleaded fuel (15% ethanol fuel also). Push rods, rocker arms, valves, springs and lifters were all replaced. New distributor shaft gear, and tachometer drive gear and cable were replaced. The original points and condenser were replaced with a solid state unit that fits under the distributor and retains the stock appearance without the annoyance of setting points and dwell. In the hot summer months the car always had a tendency to run warm, especially when driving at slow speeds around town, in parades, or at idle. I found this to be a common problem with the early big block engines. I replaced the original water pump with a high capacity unit and the original radiator with an oversized aluminum radiator, and dual electric fans. The car runs cool at the hottest summer temperatures at any speed. The original radiator, shroud and fan are included. New stock factory original side pipes were installed, and panels below rear bumpers were replaced with units without exhaust openings. Work by Corvette and Performance Auto (Steve Dobbins). Rear leaf spring replaced, and front coil springs reset to stock specs. New shocks installed. Front and rear sway bars replaced, and all rubber parts replaced with neoprene. Front and rear aluminum disk brake piston & sleeves replaced with stainless to prevent leaking. Installed after-market knock-off wheels. They are "actually" knock-offs. Dunlop radials. Power brakes and power steering installed by Corvette and Performance Auto (Steve Dobbins), Boise. All parts stock. This has made a tremendous difference in the handling, braking and parking of the car. Body work and paint by Dale Hopkins of Body and Paint Center, Boise Idaho. The Body was media blasted to bare fiberglass to check for cracks or separation of body parts (and to rid the car of all yellow and original red paint). There were no body joint cracks or separations. Body panels were blocked smooth, some minor repair around wheel wells and under front bumpers, and car painted Rally Red. Paint color was matched to the original 1966 shade of red. All rubber in doors windows, hood, deck and top, replaced. Front and rear bumpers re-chromed by Salt Lake Chrome. All body hardware replaced. All glass replaced. Front stainless windshield frame reworked and polished. New black soft top installed. I have the original hard top, but did not have it painted, as it would be stored, and was concerned about damage. The hard top has never been installed by me. The seats have light patina, but are in good shape. I replaced the carpets. Gauges were freshened and are like new. The clock was replaced with an electronic look-alike. Head light door motors were rebuilt, and relays replaced. The car is Radio delete, however years ago I installed a radio and speakers behind the seats. I installed an antenna. When we did body and paint, I neglected to tell Dale Hopkins to fill the hole for the after-market antenna so the antenna still exists to fill the hole. I installed an after-market luggage rack, as there is no storage when the top is down. 1989 Chevrolet Silverado K-2500 Heavy Duty 3/4 Ton 4x4 I have owned this rig for the past couple of months so I will do my best to answer any and all questions you may have. It is in very nice condition for its age and it sure gets many compliments when it leaves my garage. The exterior has some battle scars, scratches, dings and dents? It is 26 years old...so please keep that in mind while reading the rest of my auction. I believe this is a 4th generation Silverado and it was only manufactured for two years from 1988-1989 with the distinct four front horizontal headlights. The overall condition is very nice and very presentable. The interior is the only thing I personally think that takes away from the truck. The bench seat needs to be re-done professionally as well as the carpet/door panels and headliner. I have talked with other truck owners who think it looks good the way it is. They recommended a good seat cover, cleaning the carpet and leaving the rest alone? I cant do it...the truck is in too nice of condition to be driven around with a ripped up front bench seat/dirty carpet/beat up door panels and a headliner that seen better days. If those items were to be removed and repaired professionally the truck would be obviously priced higher. Depending upon where you reside in the United States I would think approximately $1500 you should be able to get the interior redone and looking great. That is just an estimate, depending on location, material choices and hourly shop prices? I don't know if all the #'s match on the truck. I did check into the R.P.O. codes listed on the sticker in the glove box. What I did find out is the truck came from the factory with the following items listed below. 1. 350/5.7 8 cylinder T.B.I. Throttle Body Injection2. 400 Turbo 3 speed Automatic Transmission3. 4.10 Rear Gear Ratio4. 9.5 inch Rear?5. Factory "Heavy Duty" Package???6. Intermittent Wipers7. Extra Large 34 gallon Fuel Tank8. Full Gauge Package without Tachometer9. Manual Locks/Windows10. Air-Condition...............Not working?11. Am/Fm Radio..............Not working?.....J.V.C. AM/FM Compact Disc Unit Installed with 4 speakers Those were only some of the R.P.O. codes I looked up online. I have had some work done to the truck since I purchased it in June 2015. Here is a list of new parts installed: A. Oil ChangeB. Fuel Filter/Air FilterC. Oil Pressure Sending UnitD. Tail Light LensesE. Vision Works 16 x 8 Chrome 8 Lug Wheels....with chrome spline style lock lugs and KeyF. Cooper 265/75/16 Load E 10 Ply R.W.L. Tires..........Mounted and High Speed Balanced G. Hub Centric Wheel AdaptersH. Center Console with Locking Storage The front pinion seal is leaking gear oil that will be fixed next week. I ordered a new brake pedal pad and drivers side circuit board for the drivers side tail light via e/bay. It is missing the fuse box lid cover I am trying to locate a replacement for it? The windshield was replaced a couple years back. The exhaust has a nice rumble to it for a single style muffler. The 4 wheel drive works without any issues. Otherwise it runs very well without any other leaks. The transmission shifts out nice into all 3 front gears as well as reverse. It starts right up and just passed Idaho D.M.V. smog test last week with no issues. This truck is too nice to be parked outside. It takes up a whole garage and it barely fits lengthwise without the garage door hitting it. It has been repainted in the past. Not the best paint job it has some imperfections in it. It is a 15-20 footer when it comes to the quality on the re-paint. It almost has a wine/purple hue to it when the sun hits it just right. It is not just red in color I think it is closer to what I mentioned above. The windows are tinted I think it would look better without it but that is just my opinion. The tint job is old and has some nicks and scratches in it. The rear window has a slide in it for extra ventilation. The back bumper is pushed in and dented. The drivers door lock needs to be corrected. It works but needs attention. One of the back license tag lights is out of it's original socket.....it is still operable and still lights up the rear tag. The box mounted in the bed is a working 2 key Knnack brand tool box. The previous owner put fender flares on all 4 wheel wells. In closing.....I believe it has always been an Idaho/Western truck.....Very little rust for a old vehicle. The truck bed is scratched dinged and dented but under the bed mat it has no visible signs of rot or rust. The mileage says 150 thousand on the odometer and as good as it drives and as tight as the front end feels I still find it hard to believe? Maybe it is only 150k on the clock but.........I just wanted to be honest and realistic? The previous owner stated he owned the truck for four years and drove it approximately four thousand miles. I purchased new A/C Delco spark plugs, wires, cap, rotor, coil, pcv valve, and a new/rebuilt starter. The truck runs so well and it just passed the smog and emissions test I didn't want to mess with something that's not broke? I will include all those new parts in the sale as well as a set of 4 wheels and tires that came with the truck. The tires are 265/75/16 in fair shape with 16 x 6.5 8 lug stock Chevy truck slotted aluminium wheels. The wheels are in nice condition. I will put them in the bed of the truck with a locked chain through them for security purposes. I am not sure if the shipper will allow anything in the bed during the delivery of the truck if you decide to ship it? Either way if you buy the truck we will figure out a way to get those wheels/tires to you if that is going to be a deal breaker? The last picture shows the truck with the old wheels/tires and old taillights. Please note that this is a 26 year old truck and some of the pictures make it look like it just came out of the showroom....That is not the case with this truck it has many scratches, dings, dents, and other imperfections in the paint. Both the interior and exterior are showing signs of age. This truck is being sold as is where is with no warranty implied or expressed. ALL SALES ARE FINAL! I have it listed locally so if it sells that way I will remove the auction A.S.A.P. All shipping fees will be the buyers responsibility. Please check my feedback score. I have been buying and selling on e/bay since 2007. Please do not waste both of our time if you are truly not genuine with going through with the purchase. These listings cost all of us money in the long run. Lets be professional about it and lets make a deal! Respectfully,Coogan 1031
