No matter what, this truck is practically a giveaway - you could not even begin to build this truck for this price, even if someone gave you a clean Kodiak to start with for free!This impressive truck is a turn key, running, driving, no diagnostic trouble codes, state inspected and licensed vehicle. There are no bumper height laws for this GVW chassis. There are no emissions regulations either. The truck drives more like a regular sized pickup than a large commercial truck.The body of this Kodiak is straight, rust free top and bottom while being finished in Satin Black with a rock hard epoxy primer shell underneath. As mentioned before, it is ready for a vinyl wrap if you so desire to use this truck for advertisement. The undercarriage is extremely clean - not really any grease, oil, road dirt, tar, rust or anything - it looks great. The vehicle has been professionally maintained on a scheduled commercial program.Under the hood, you\'ll find the massive 454ci L-21 Multi Fuel engine with fully forged internals, roller cam, Eaton Fuller 5-speed transmission with splitter, 2-speed Eaton rear axle and 10 forward gears.It is the factory multi fuel engine, currently set up to run on propane. The current owner told us it only cost him a couple bucks a gallon to fill it up last time on propane. Propane is often considered a highly tax deductible fuel and there are several federal and state incentive programs that are applicable to its use as a road fuel. Another advantage to propane is that it has a much long storage life than gasoline that can go bad quickly.This Kodiak has 80 gallon on board fuel capacity in the frame tanks and there is an additional 80 gallon auxiliary tank that goes in the bed. The auxiliary tank is not currently installed but is available with the sale of the truck. In theory, this could provide a range of 1500-1900 miles without fueling! Wow! It is a dual fuel engine so if you would like to run gasoline, you are able to. All of the fuel injection is entirely intact - all you will need is a tank and pump. This is a factory installed Impco propane conversion - NOT an aftermarket kit. The truck runs very well, has plenty of pull and runs clean.Inside, the interior has been completely reupholstered and is wrapped in GM Pewter leather on the custom bucket seats with a tilt down center console that also functions as a middle seat with seat belts. The driver\'s seat is on an Air Ride Pedestal with high density foam. The newly reupholstered interior is extremely clean and far nicer than the original. The AC is nice and ice cold, the gear selector glides into gear and it has a GM Tilt steering column. The headliner and all interior panels are all brand new and there is storage console behind the seat.%26nbsp; The floor is covered with a GM rubber utility mat.There has been plenty of new parts installed: front brake calipers/hoses, custom built driveshaft, spark plugs, coil pack wires, air filter, EGR valve, alternator, AC compressor, axle splitter motor, exhaust and Flowmaster mufflers and TPS sensor. The interior has had brand new leather split bucket seats with drivers side Air Ride Pedestal installed as well as a center seat with folding console and new headliner. On the exterior, the Satin Black paint has been resprayed, new chrome front bumper with driving lights %26amp; fog lights and rear chrome bumper with drop hitch, center caps/lugs, driving lights and LED brake/turn/clearance units.There are two known issues to this truck; the windshield wiper switch only turns on and off - there is currently no variable speed and it has the the typical minor drip leak around the HVAC box onto the passenger floorboard. Other than that - this truck is in tip top shape and passed the Missouri state inspection with zero issues in March 2014.This truck would be a perfect advertisement tool for any company or for use at events. The entire surface of the truck is wrap ready, if you so desire to get it vinyl wrapped.
