1990 Chevrolet 454SS The year was 1990, the Heartbeat of America campaign was in full effect, Dale the Intimidator Earnhardt had NASCAR in the palm of his hand, and GM decided to hit the sport truck market with guns blazing. You could walk into a GMC dealer and take home an all wheel drive, sinister black, turbocharged Syclone, or drop by Chevrolet and grab a 454 powered, sinister black, half ton with a mountain of attitude. It was a good time for truck buyers, and some didnt want it to end. Some trucks, like this example, were carefully packed away for posterity. With only sixty four original miles on the odometer and factory-fresh cosmetics, this 454SS is ready to go, show, or make its way to a museum! ALL ORIGINAL! Original paperwork since new 64 Original miles! Perfect inside and out Freshly tuned up and ready to go! Sold new in Ohio, the original owner packed away every scrap of paperwork from the dealer. Bill of sale, window sticker, temp tag, and even the addendum sticker from the dealer with an additional $3000 worth of additional dealer markup.
