I am looking to sell this 97 K1500 Suburban.
It has been a great truck and has worked hard for me but I was in a traffic accident a year ago (in a different vehicle) and am struggling to keep up work, Maintenance and costs so it must go. This vehicle was a daily driver for me and a former Law enforcement support and logistics vehicle and was very well maintained until my accident. It has great potential for someone that can put a little tlc into it.
Good. Has the 44 Gallon fuel tank so its ready for cross country, 4wd works great and was used every winter, 3rd row seat and dual benches so hauls lots of stuff or people, tow package with brake controller. Last of the big haul weight suburbans. The new ones dont have the capability of the old ones.
The bad- No a/c, Doors dont lock, Fuel gauge doesnt work, and last week a noise started in the rear end. I quite driving it and took cover off to check it. Didnt see anything broken it was very low on fluid so I filled it back up but there is still a noise.
All law enforcement equipment will be removed except the spotlight. I will upload more pics when the equipment is removed if it is not sold. Price is negotiable cash in hand must go so no reasonable offer refused.
