1975 Chevy Scottsdale that just finished a year long body off restoration,completed in 2011. The body is straight as an arrow and mechanically tight and sound. Contact me for photos during the restoration process. The truck was taken down to bare metal and rust around the wheel lips was cut out and new metal used where necessary. Not a Bondo restoration here, this metal will last another 38 years plus! Original truck with all gauges rebuilt and every gauge is working perfectly. The engine was rebuilt in 1995 with 19,000 showing on the ODO. The truck was driven for another five thousand miles and parked and luckily restored to is former self. The engine is original and tuned back up with new plugs wires, ext. The running gear, brakes and suspension has all been redone and she is ready to go. The transmission was not salvageable and a 700 R4 was put in and shifts out strong. Big transmission designed for a huge engine so if you want to replace the engine and go street roding, the transmission is ready for it. After driving this one around I would keep with the stock 350 in it as it is smooth and has plenty of kick. If you want to take it up a big notch - go for it.
